Over 800sqft rooftop with stunning views day & night of the Nashville skyline. Enjoy fun and games at your rooftop bar, watching the big screen tv, playing Corn Hole, Giant Jenga or Connect 4! The sunsets are simply incredible.

The converted garage features a pool table, plenty of seating, ambient lighting, flat screen TV, mini PacMan & more...

With 10 beds to choose from, there`s plenty of options for sleeping. We also have 2 other units next door. If you have a group up to 24 people, consider booking 2 of our places side by side!

With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an amazing kitchen with island seating for 4-6 people & everything you need for cooking including gas cooktop & griddle, this home will not disappoint.

This musically themed property showcases incredible decorations such as a wall of vinyl records, desk seating, a stunning mural of Dolly telling us what she really thinks about Jolene, a custom piano/keyboard for singing along with your friends and so much more!

With so much to do within the home and an abundance of beds to accommodate your group, it`s time to enjoy your stay not just while out sight seeing but when you get home and kick your shoes off too...

It`s always nice to break down the bedding arrangement to make it easier to understand what the property holds, so here it is:

Located minutes from all of East Nashville’s hot spots and just a 10 minute Uber from Downtown Nashville, the location is just perfect for your base while enjoying everything Music City has to offer.

`Jolene`s Rooftop` is a new construction property as of late 2021. Be sure to see the reviews on our other homes while we build our guest and fan base for this little beauty!

With the garage converted to our feature games room, parking is limited to approximately 14 guest spots for the entire 50 home community and on street parking on Cherokee is also limited . Parking is also prohibited in front of the garages. Violators may be towed. Please consider traveling to and from the airport with ride share such as Uber & Lyft.

Our hope is you choose to stay with us on your first visit to Nashville and then we become the ‘go to’ place to re-book for all your future trips!

Great place - great communication and service

We were there for a short weekend trip with a group of family and friends. Place was great with good sleeping arrangement for a group and pool table and upstairs rooftop with TV, great hang out spots when not out on the town. Had a small electrical problem but was easily able to fix with communications from manager. Everyone had a great time.
