Nashville è in piena espansione! La nostra pensione unica e privata si trova in uno dei quartieri più vivaci e percorribili. Siamo a un isolato da Sevier Park e situato tra il 12 ° distretto sud e l'ottava Avenue South / Melrose, a soli 10 minuti dal centro. Il loft indipendente, trasformato in ex - uffici per un'etichetta discografica indipendente - è stato trasformato in una pensione sofisticata e ben arredata con una cucina completa e tutti i comfort necessari per un weekend o la residenza di un mese.

12 South Loft è ben situato sul retro del nostro terreno di mezzo acro circondato da alberi ad alto fusto. Il Loft ha circa 500 piedi quadrati di spazio vitale al piano principale e una camera da letto al piano superiore di 200 piedi quadrati.

La nuova cucina comprende fornelli a gas, lavastoviglie, frigorifero di dimensioni standard con fabbricatore di ghiaccio, forno a microonde, caffettiera Keurig, frullatore, tostapane ed è completamente attrezzato con tutto il necessario per preparare spuntini o cucinare pasti completi. Posti a sedere per 4.

La zona giorno aperta ha mattoni a vista, soffitti da 13 ", camino a gas, comodo divano letto, poltrona reclinabile in pelle, schermo piatto da 50" e molti posti a sedere per 4 persone.

Il bagno è dotato di doccia (ma senza vasca), mensole aperte, soffici asciugamani bianchi, set di cortesia extra e asciugacapelli.

La camera da letto al piano superiore è 10 "x 20", parzialmente aperta sulla zona giorno sottostante, e ha un letto matrimoniale molto comodo, una zona salotto, una TV a schermo piatto da 32 "e un sacco di spazio per distendersi.

Patio privato in mattoni solo per uso personale.

This place is so cute and clean! The host was so nice. They left some free drinks and snacks for us. The host literally had thought of every detail to make your stay amazing. Definitely my favorite place I have ever stayed. Will definitely be back!

The loft as they call it was exceptionally clean and with a lot of amenities. It was a central location which made it easy to explore Nashville. It is definitely a 5 star accommodation. Everything was in great working order and we would highly recommend it for a great stay in a great city!

This was our second stay at the Loft and i am sure will not be the last. Everything is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The hosts have the kitchen and bathroom supplies well stocked. We appreciated the bottle of wine too! The location is perfect for us. Minutes to the 12 South strip of shops and restaurants and the drive to downtown is short. All in all a wonderful stay!

This is the cutest getaway and so close to everything you may need. Took us only about 6 minutes to get to downtown Nashville. Host was amazing at communication. Super clean and everything you may need was made available. Asked for an early check in and there was no problem getting that. Thank you! Next time we're visiting, we are definitely staying here again.

We came to Nashville for the Jordan Davis concert. We were not sure about areas to stay but we lucked out in one of the best ones. The 12 south area is in walking distance and has so many cute shops and great restaurants. We personally enjoyed the Frothy Monkey. As far as the actual house it was PERFECT! It is so cute and the owners made it such a welcoming enviroment with all the attention to detail. The bed was comfortable and the loft area is great. I appreciated the full length mirror and drawer space. There was everything we needed and more in the kitchen. They even left beer, wine and snacks! The bathroom was stocked with all the amenities you need including plush towels. The outdoor patio area was nice and had lighting and even bug spray (whuch I used and was thankful for). I would love to stay again and I honestly say I don't have any recommendations to make it better!

The house was exactly as described. Perfect location ... just a short drive to Centennial Park, entertainment and food. We could go do everything we wanted to do and then we were able to come back to a quiet getaway! Great neighborhood and great communication with the owners. Would definitely stay there again.

This property is much more spacious than the pictures show. Very clean, hosts thought of everything, even a basket of snacks and beverages. Super comfortable bed, fluffy towels, even had Aveda shampoo and conditioner. Plenty of places to sit and curl up and plenty of throw blankets as well. This property sits in back of the hosts home and is very well lit at night. Wonderfully safe neighborhood, as we walked to the 12 south district for dinner each night and saw lots of other people out walking as well. About 13 minutes from downtown, and about the same distance from the Nashville zoo. We saw the Zoo Illumination Chinese lights festival which was Amazing,!! We even went back the next day to see the animals. Communication with Lori was EXCELLENT! What a great mini vacation we had. Would absolutely recommend this property!! Thanks so much Lori!

My husband and I really enjoyed this space for our stay in Nashville. There were so many special touches and Lori had absolutely everything we could possibly need with lots of little extras. It’s exactly as it looks in the pictures and very comfy and cozy. We enjoyed being right by the park and within walking distance to 12 South.

This was our fist time visiting Nashville and this neighborhood was recommended to us. We loved the apartment - it was perfect for us and the owners couldn’t have been more responsive and kind. We hope to come back soon!
