We stayed at the 121 Hotel for Labor Day weekend of 2025 and absolutely loved it. We rented the entire place and it was perfect for our group. There is plenty of rooms and they were all super nice. The location was easy to get to downtown and enjoyed watching the Vanderbilt scoreboard during the game from our balcony. Check-in is different than normal rent houses because each room has it's own code you need to give your guests at check-in, but the management company made it very easy with great communication. Will stay here again with a big group.

Progressive Materials Sales meeting

16 of us from around the country stayed at your place. It was a remarkable experience. The rooms were fantastic. Everyone had their own room. The meeting place on the 4th floor worked very well for us. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Great place for a training intensive

We had a 16-person cohort for a two-day training. The layout allowed for easy kitchen stocking for grab-and-go meals and dedicated workspace. Great spot. There is no on-site laundry, the team was communicative and the location felt safe

Wonderful Team Retreat

We booked this hotel buy-out for a strategy retreat. The venue exceeded our expectations! We're a close bunch of colleagues, but we all appreciated having our own retreat with a private bath. There was ample meeting space, kitchens and dining space on three levels. We had a caterer (recommended by the management) serve our meal on-site one night, which was delicious! The location was great - a stone's throw to Vanderbilt stadium, and a short ride to Broadway. I couldn't recommend this venue more highly. Everyone in our group was pleased!

Outstanding Place to Stay for Large Group

Check in was the only difficult part of our stay. Some of the door codes were wrong. Parking directions were also poor (parking lot in the back). We wanted to check in early and couldn't. This property also has cameras in the building and managing group would not cover them or take them down. Overall, this place exceeded expectations. It was clean. The kitchen is restaurant quality ish. The commons areas and decks are awesome. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were A+ too. Highly highly recommend this place despite some of the negatives I listed.

Unreal place!! Great for groups.

A fantastic experience from start to finish. The rooms are huge, the range of options was tremendous. We had a group of 16, and fully utilized all of the available space including two tremendous living rooms and the penthouse.

Hotel Buy Out

Our group was beyond satisfied with this hotel. We bought out the entire hotel. Guest commented on how comfortable their beds were and several liked having ceiling fans in their rooms. The common areas and kitchens were a fantastic gathering space! Hotel maintenance was extremely fast for any questions or concerns! Highly recommend this hotel
