Recommended for Vanderbilt Graduation and Hillsboro access

Comfortable property exactly as pictured, very short walk to nice Hillsboro street, walking distance to Vanderbilt Graduation day, nice property manager who allowed us to check in early. Beds very comfortable (even the Murphy bad) and excellent showers.

Quick stay near colleges.

We were in town to look at colleges. Wonderful location. We plan to stay again. Had great weather so we were able to leave the car at the apartment and walk to a main street that had many restaurants and cute boutiques. Thankful for the coffee that was available. Slept very well - Comfy beds! We are always needing to bring our laptops to work so we were able to do so no problems . Property manager was very easy to communicate with.

Great location

This is a very cute apartment in a great location close to downtown without all the traffic and high price tag. It's around the corner to boutique shopping, restaurants and bars. The host was very nice and good about communicating and answering my questions. However, when we arrived the place was not very clean. The floors were dirty and we kept our shoes on most of the 2 day stay. There was dirt, crumbs, hair and who knows what else pushed around the corners of the floors. There was sticky stuff all down the front of the dishwasher and black mold is growing out of the ceiling vent in the bathroom. In that same bathroom, the toilet paper holder and towel bar were hanging out of the wall making it difficult to hang our towels. Overall it is a nice place but they really need to deep clean it, make some repairs and then hire a new cleaning company!! I would love to stay there again but not until it is cleaned!!

Excellent location, safe neighborhood

This condo was in a great neighborhood. We felt very safe as it was our first visit to Nashville. The 2 bedroom layout was perfect. Each room having its own bathroom. It was very clean. The shuffleboard was fun. 10 minute Uber to Broadway. It had everything we needed and we would stay there again. Great breakfast spot just a few blocks down you could walk to. Hosts communicated well.

Perfect Nashville Location

Great condo in the Hillsboro neighborhood with lots of walkable options and quick easy uber downtown and easy to find for ride share drivers. Would stay here again!

40th Birthday Girls Trip

We booked a last minute stay after Hurricane Helene derailed our trip to Florida. The condo was beautifully decorated and well-stocked with everything we needed. Gaining access to the unit was super easy, and we felt very safe in the area. Walking distance to a lot of places, but also a quick Uber ride to other areas of Downtown Nashville. Would definitely stay again!

The toilet paper holder in the master bathroom is falling off the wall. No big deal but just wanted to point it out. There's also a screw in the bed frame that nearly ripped the comforter. I think it snagged it though when I figured it out. I would just worry about somebody getting scratched up by the screw or it ruining bedding in the future Also the iron was dirty or old. And it stained my shirt when I went to go iron on the first morning. That was really disappointing because it is a forever type of stain in my clothing was ruined. The master bathroom would benefit from having a garbage can in it too. I'll keep you posted if any other concerns come up. Overall it's a nice unit, but starting the day with the iron ruin one of my few outfits I brought on vacation is definitely disappointing. I emailed the owner feedback but never received a response.

Nice apartment

It was a nice apartment close to college. We had no problems accessing it. We had six people and had plenty of space. It was clean and we were able to cook breakfast for so if us and sit at a table and reboot each other's company.

Great family stay

The location is perfect. We loved being able to walk to the shops and places to eat nearby. Our daughter was exploring colleges and we were able to walk to Belmont and Vanderbilt. Downtown is a quick uber ride. The property had enough space for our family of four. Everything we needed was available. I would stay again.
