2 Generous Townhomes: Central Locale—Sleeps 24!

Ideal for groups, our two townhomes are just across the street from each other, offering plenty of space and an unbeatable location! You`re just steps from 12th South, The Gulch, and Edgehill Village, with easy Uber/Lyft access to Downtown. Need extra room? We have more townhomes nearby! Plus, elevate your stay with a private acoustic performance by a local Nashville artist for an additional fee.

This is a combo listing for 2 AMAZING town homes.

Unit #1016 is a 4 Bedroom town home.
*LAYOUT

1st level:
2 car garage (we do not provide garage door openers, you`ll need to open it from inside the home).
Bedroom #1- King size bed, T.V
*En-suite Full Bathroom with walk-in shower and walk in closet

2nd level:
*half bath
Bedroom #2- Full size bunks (small patio with 2 chairs), no T.V in this room
Living room - Queen size pull out and twin cot. (No air mattress!)
Full kitchen with an island that sits 4 and a dining table for 6. We have two coffee makers- one for drip coffee and one Keurig for pods

3rd level:
Bedroom #3 - 2 Queen size beds, a TV, and 2 Twin size cots.
*En-suite Full Bathroom with walk-in shower, soaking tub, and walk in closet.
Bedroom #4- King size bed, T.V.
*En-suite Full bathroom with walk-in shower and walk in closet.

-Washer and dryer are on 3rd level.
-Rooftop is on the 4th level.



Unit #1029 is a 4 Bedroom town home as well.
*LAYOUT

*1st level:
2 CAR GARAGE!! (we do not provide garage door openers, you`ll need to open it from inside the home).
Bedroom #1. Queen en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, walk in closet, and TV

*2nd level: Kitchen/Living room. Dining table seats 6, island seats 5. Couch is a queen size sleeper sofa. We have two coffee makers. One keurig and one drip coffee maker.
- Bedroom #2. King en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, walk in closet, no tv.

*3rd level:
Bedroom #3. Two single beds-each with a single size trundle= 4 single beds. Walk in closet, Tv. Patio is just off this bedroom with seating for 5. True Jack and Jill bathroom with Tub/shower combo.
Bedroom #4. King bed (shares Jack and Jill bathroom with Bedroom #3). Walk in closet, no tv.

Washer and Dryer are on the 3rd level.

We have a keyless locking system. You will gain access to the home via a house code that we create specifically for you. That code will be sent to you with your check in instructions a few weeks prior to your arrival and you may share that code with your group if you wish. YOU WON`T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT SHARING OR LOSING A KEY! :)

We are always available, but will not be at the property unless needed.

Located right between 12th South and the Gulch, called Edgehill. 5 minutes to 12th and Gulch and only 7 minutes to Downtown!
Perfect location to all the hot spots in and around the city!

If you choose to bring a car we have (2) 2 car garages. One for each unit. We do not provide a garage door opener, you`ll have to open it from inside.

We love recommending Uber/Lyft for our guests to use. There are also electric scooters around the area for you to use powered by a phone app. These are perfect for getting around the whole city!

**If you would like a Nashville recording artist to come to our home and play a private acoustic set of your favorite songs and even some originals, please just ask us how. His name is Noah Alan and you can find his music on all platforms!


***PLEASE NOTE, we only provide a starter set of any amenities.
This includes but is not limited to:
2-toilet paper rolls
2-rolls of paper towels
1-cleaning sponge
1-travel size bar soap and shampoo
A handful of K-cups or small bag of coffee grounds
We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.

Great Place for large groups

Place was great for our large group of 20. Property manager had great communication & helped us with whatever we needed. Recommend having Noah come play for a private show. Only downfall was on busy highway so crossing to get to other place across street was hard sometimes.
