Our town homes have just been completely redesigned and updated!
Both homes have an open floor plan that includes a large/open living,dining,and kitchen area that your group can hang out in and enjoy together. There is a balcony off of both kitchens that is perfect for a morning coffee or evening drink while catching the sun set!

All of this and you're only 2.5 miles from Broadways Honky Tonks and walking distance to multiple "Locals" bars and restaurants.

We have a keyless locking system. You will gain access to the home via a house code that we create specifically for you. That code will be sent to you with your check in instructions a few weeks prior to your arrival and you may share that code with your group if you wish. YOU WON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT SHARING OR LOSING A KEY! :)

We are always available, but will not be at the property unless needed.

We are located just off of 8th Ave South a little over 2 miles South of downtown. The immediate area allows for you to walk to multiple bars and restaurants, grocery stores, and a park!

You are welcome to bring a car and use the garage, but if you prefer not to drive uber/lyft are always available 24hrs and are typically less than a 5 min wait.

If you have a large group we have 4 additional/similar units that are all connected in this small development. You can add on as many as you like as long as they are available.

**If you would like a Nashville recording artist to come to our home and play a private acoustic set of your favorite songs and even some originals, please just ask us how. His name is Noah Alan and you can find his music on all platforms!


***PLEASE NOTE, we only provide a starter set of any amenities.
This includes but is not limited to:
2-toilet paper rolls
2-rolls of paper towels
1-cleaning sponge
1-travel size bar soap and shampoo
A handful of K-cups or small bag of coffee grounds
We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
