Spaziosa casa a schiera con 3 camere da letto King ciascuna con bagno privato completo. La nostra casa offre 2000 m², il vostro patio sul tetto, garage privato per 2 auto + parcheggio gratuito. Ottima posizione a Nashville. Pedonabilità! Centrato negli 8 quartieri Sud, Melrose e 12 Sud, ci sono più caffetterie, locali di musica dal vivo, bar del quartiere, sala biliardo, fast food, gelateria, alimentari
 e negozi di generi alimentari e una straordinaria scelta di ristoranti. Lo stesso isolato del noto Zanies Comedy Club. Ottimo studio di yoga della porta accanto. Sarai al centro di tutto ciò che Nashville ha da offrire! Resta nello stile con Shelley B.

Abbiamo arredato le nostre suite con 3 camere da letto con comodi letti king size. C'è anche un divano letto matrimoniale in gel queen size nel soggiorno e un bagno per gli ospiti su questo piano. Progettato per gruppi di 6-8 persone. Il nostro soggiorno ha una TV Ultra HD da 65 pollici e il layout della nostra residenza ti permette di rimanere connesso con tutto ciò che succede, socializzando al bar della cucina, appoggiando i mobili del salotto o mangiando al tavolo della sala da pranzo.

La nostra cucina è attrezzata per il vostro gruppo per preparare facilmente i pasti durante il vostro soggiorno. C'è un sacco di spazio per sedersi al nostro tavolo da pranzo 8 posti più posti extra al bar della cucina. Una bevanda frig al bar bagnato può contenere bibite, birra e vino lasciando spazio nel nostro grande frigorifero per generi alimentari. Un piccolo patio fuori dal soggiorno consente di uscire facilmente e godersi il bel tempo del Tennessee senza lasciare il piano principale.

Per godere di uno spazio esterno più ampio, dirigetevi verso il tetto del quarto piano per il vostro patio sul tetto. Il nostro tetto offre un patio confinante con le cime degli alberi, con grill a gas, mobili Comfort e sedie a sdraio. I nostri filamenti leggeri Edison creano una grande atmosfera.

The property is great for 3 couples with lots of space and separate levels. Nice kitchen and gathering space and hosts are very responsive and available with reach outs for check in and if questions. Everyone (6 of us) in our group said they would stay here again!

We could not have been more happy with this property! It was the perfect space for our group of 6. Every room having its own bathroom is so nice. The townhouse was super clean and the decor was so great! It was only a short uber ride to downtown. We all agreed we would stay here again!

The property was in pristine condition and walkable to a good coffee shop with a great grocery nearby. We only had one hiccup - we were informed a few days before check in that we needed to text a copy of our driver’s license. For security purposes, I wasn’t comfortable texting my personal information. This made the check in process choppy. We ultimately found a workaround and everything was great from that point forward.

We came to Nashville to surprise my husband for his birthday. Our two kids and their significant others came too. The home was clean and organized. We were very impressed with how it was decorated and how comfortable it was. It met all our needs. We explored the area a little and there was lots to offer. I would recommend this townhouse to anyone visiting Nashville. The owners were great to answer any questions we had and were on top of communication. We had no problems at all!

The townhouse is located in a quiet, clean and safe area of Nashville. It is a very short drive to downtown AND the fun and vibrant 12th Avenue South area. Also, it’s close to I-65. The townhouse itself was perfect and comfortable with everything we needed for our visit. Wish it had been warm enough to take advantage of the rooftop area. The hosts were great with communication and accommodating with an early check in. We would love to stay here again!

We were in Nashville for a couple days and this property was perfect. The townhouse was so fun with a rooftop patio and plenty of amenities. The hosts were very responsive. The beds were comfortable as well. We enjoyed the coffee shop, bar and restaurants within walking distance. Wish we had more time to explore the area.

My family (5 adults) stayed at this property for our first time to Nashville. The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and had everything we needed! Wade & Michele were the perfect hosts - available when we had a question, and even made the property available for early checkin! We WILL definitely be back and would highly recommend this property!

Property was exactly as described. Loved the decor and kitchen space. Beds comfy. Loved the 3 kings w/private baths! Went to a couple local neighborhood locations for breakfast/lunch and downtown was a blast! Uber/Lyft easy to use to get around.

We visited Nashville to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. There were a total of six adults in our party and this place was exceptionally nice and very roomy. It is located in a nice neighborhood and away from the chaos of Broadway. Although, we spend the majority of our time on Broadway, which is a short Uber ride away. There is a nice coffee shop around the corner and other stores nearby. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

The townhouse was perfect. We were 3 couples who have been friends for years, traveling to Nashville for the first time. Not only was the house nice - it was very well situated. Short Uber rides everywhere and we never had to wait long for one to arrive. The hosts left a book of recommendations that we appreciated very much. Each of the bedrooms had a King size bed and private bathroom. They are comfortable and very well situated in the house so you aren’t on top of each other. The living area was comfortable, very clean and decorated nicely. It had everything we needed and more. The only thing I wish I had was more time there.

Can’t thank Wade enough for his time and patience. No fault of ours or his but an issue with VRBO made communications difficult but Wade made things work without a hitch. Accommodations were perfect. Loved the property and it was clean and comfortable. Hope we get the chance to return soon.

Loved our quick vacation here. The home was amazing and well equipped with everything we needed! The owners did a great job communicating with us and getting us access to the home early. Great location and easy commute or walk to the shops and restaurants on 12 South and a very cheap Uber ride to Broadway! We will definitely stay here again when we come to Nashville.

The townhouse was perfect for six of us traveling to Nashville for a concert at the Roman. Three bedrooms, all with king beds and bathrooms provided quiet and privacy for each couple, when needed. The kitchen, living room area and rooftop were perfect for hanging out. We especially enjoyed views of a full moon one evening. Local coffee shop, Hattie B’s and grocery store are very walkable. Downtown Nashville was typically a short Uber ride. We would definitely stay there again.
