New construction, high-end luxury condo...only 13 minutes to Broadway! This Nashville gem is in the heart of East Nashville. Your family will be close to Nashville's best at this centrally-located 3 bedroom home.

It is minutes from Opry Mills, Gaylord Opryland Hotel, Grand Ole Opry & mall. Located on the second floor and accessible by elevator, the "Orchid" features a spacious layout, a fully-equipped kitchen, high end finishes, outdoor deck, fitness center & three full baths.

Primary Bedroom: King bed with en-suite bathroom (shower/tub combo)
2nd Bedroom: Queen bed with en-suite bathroom (tiled walk-in shower)
3rd Bedroom: Full bunk beds & single trundle, with en-suite bathroom, (tiled walk-in shower)

During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am.

This is a great place to stay if you want to explore Nashville. With easy freeway access, you can quickly get wherever you want to go. There are several good food options nearby as well. Had a bit of a snag with the check-in process, but once we got that sorted out, we had a great stay.

The condo was perfect. The roof top was nice. We played corn hole and relaxed. We decided to uber instead of renting a car and it worked out great. We would rent again. Thank you.

Short but great stay

The property was enjoyed by all of us. Our two grands (9 & 7) were so excited about the bunk room. We all loved the decor! It is perfect for Nashville and located close to all we had planned. Checking in was easy and the host was very responsive! You won't regret staying here!

Great condo! Close to everything!

We stayed for my daughter’s Cheer competition that was being held at the Gaylord. The Condo had everything we needed for our stay and cooking. Close and easy to access all Nashville had to offer.

The property was very clean,with comfortable beds and the roof top deck has a really nice view. The host had great communication before arriving to property. My kids enjoyed the artwork on the walls throughout the condo. Will definitely stay again

Nice place but issues

The locations for our activities was great as well as the actual apartment. There were very little towels to use and very few wash clothes. I had to request more wash clothes. Our vehicles were broken into our first night stay (as well as 10 other vehicles). Several other renters received refunds of a nights stay or money for the repairs. The owners were slow to respond and have yet to offer any money back for the incident.

Great location!

Great location and clean! Our stay included 6 people, covering 3 generations. We enjoyed the Hermitage, the Grand Ole Opry, the Opryland Hotel, downtown/Broadway and a delicious Thanksgiving meal at Monell’s. This condo is right off the interstate and made Nashville very accessible. It slept 8, but only had table seating for 3.

Wife's 40th B-Day bash in Nashville

Had a cousin from Arizona join my wife and a few local friends in Minnesota for a trip down to Nashville where we met up with some friends from back home in Ohio all in celebration of my wife turning 40. We absolutely loved the space and enjoyed the fact that it was away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to not be inconvenienced by getting down there to have some fun! The property was very clean and nice, most anything needed was provided (dishes, cleaning supplies, etc). The building and dwelling were secure and easy to access, and the host was very prompt with any questions I had. It was an overall great experience, and definitely our first look next time we head down that way!

Perfect place!

My first time to Nashville and thrilled i stayed at this location! Water pressure for a nice hot shower after walking on Broadway, location near the Grand Ole Opry, coffee in the morning!! Host was available if we needed anything. Great place!

Great place for the price

Close to airport and Grand Old Opry. About 15-20 mins to Broadway. Rooftop patio would have been nice if it didn't overlook a busy street and a place that sells headstones. The unit met our needs and was well stocked with the basics which was very nice. Owner was easy to communicate with. Beds were comfy!

Daughter's wedding weekend

My daughter lives in Nashville and got married there on 9/21/24 at The Bell Tower, a lovely venue downtown. The wedding had a steep price tag so I was pressed to find accommodations for a few family member and a few of her bridesmaids that were from out of town. The price was great compared to some other options and everything was just as listed. Parking is limited but there's a vacant lot just across the street. The host was wonderful to work with. Overall an A+ stay.

Noise

No wash cloths, only 1 TV, to bright in the bedroom beside the road and traffic was to loud, but I know you don't have control over that. The parking place we had it was not big enough for our Tahoe. But nice place.
