Stunning 2 letto / 2 bagni duplex, 1 miglio dal centro storico di Franklin. A pochi passi dal centro, mercato degli agricoltori il sabato presso la fabbrica di Franklin, a pochi minuti da Cool Springs, negozi e tonnellate di ristoranti e in 20 minuti dal centro di Nashville.

La casa è stata completamente ristrutturata lo scorso autunno, i nuovi letti confortevoli, i mobili accoglienti del soggiorno, tutti i bagni aggiornati, gli elettrodomestici da cucina e un ampio patio coperto con cortile privato recintato.
La casa è gestita dal proprietario / società di gestione immobiliare.

Questa casa si trova a solo un miglio dal centro storico di Franklin, dove troverete molti negozi e ristoranti favolosi, fare una breve passeggiata per il bellissimo Pinkerton Park, in fondo alla strada dalla fabbrica di Franklin per il sabato mattina Mercato degli agricoltori, negozi unici, ristoranti e intrattenimento e un paio di minuti a Cool Springs per molti altri ristoranti, shopping e divertimento.

La casa è stata completamente ristrutturata nell'autunno del 2017. Cucina moderna con abbondanza di spazio per armadi, deposito e elettrodomestici inox. Wifi e cavo, nuovi letti confortevoli, tutte le lenzuola, asciugamani, prodotti di carta - 1 ° 2 rotoli di carta igienica per bagno e 1 rotolo di asciugamani di carta inclusi nel soggiorno.

Lavatrice e asciugatrice in loco con asse da stiro e ferro da stiro per la vostra convenienza. C'è un pacchetto n gioco e seggiolone disponibile anche per le famiglie con bambini.

This was a quiet area with great location. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and they even had a crock pot. The dining room table worked out great for family style cooking. The living room was very cozy and all the furniture was comfortable. The outdoor privacy fence was great although back yard is not well kept. We ended up having to pick up several piles of dog waste from previous tenants. Having two bathrooms was great although the water pressure isn't the best and in the smaller bathroom with the tub, it felt like you may fall through because you had to stand in a certain area to get full water pressure. The washing machine is VERY LOUD. When it spins it actually sounds like a jet engine and scared us the first time we used it. The bed in the master bedroom is very high and I ended up having to have my older son sleep in there because I could have fell getting out and had to jump up to get in the bed. The trundle bed was AMAZING! However, the queen bed that is in that room does not have a good mattress and box spring. There was a huge dip in the middle of the mattress and even rotating did not fix that so my daughter and I ended up sleeping on the trundle bed instead. One thing to note is that there are great night lights throughout the house and parking is ample. Very easy to get to downtown Franklin and on/off interstate.

Very clean and tidy upon our arrival with ample paper towels, toilet paper etc. there was a small glitch with the front door code/lock but once we got Melissa on line she corrected the issue and we got in quickly. The kitchen had utensils, flatware, pots pans dishes. The house is on a long street therefore cars do speed down it at times but there is a nice fenced backyard. A few things could be updated but nothing that affected our stay more cosmetics. I recommend this property as the location is amazing to downtown’s and the market.

Perfect Location

The house was very clean and in a cute, quiet neighborhood. The yard was fenced and well maintained. We spent our mornings out there with our coffee. The open floor plan made the house seem very spacious. We really enjoyed the place. It was close to The Factory and downtown. Our host were prompt and answered all of our questions. It was a great experience

GREAT LOCATION

Stayed here with my dog (fenced in back yard) for a couple nights while I checked out the area. GREAT location for doing that. Walked in Pinkerton park everyday with my dog. Very comfortable bed, hot shower (had drip issue but host handled it immediately). Very good communication. VERY close to downtown Franklin, parks and the Warehouse shopping area.

Perfect family get away!

Our stay was wonderful! Me and my teenage sons were in town visiting family and this place was perfect! Cozy, nice fenced in back yard, and located in a very quiet neighborhood. The home is stocked with many of the essentials and the beds were amazing!

Wonderful spot in Franklin!

Great property in a perfect location

This property is a perfect place to stay in the Franklin area. It is close to everything you need. The kitchen is very functional and well provisioned. The backyard was great for our dog as well. We would definitely book this place next time we go back to the Nashville/Franklin area.

Highly Recommend

We were in for a wedding and this house was perfect for our weekend! Beds were extremely comfortable and the house was very clean. The fence in backyard and patio was a plus for our fur babies. We will def stay here again when coming to this area.

Comfortable stay in good location

We had five nights at 421 Eddy. Comfortable house, clean, plenty of storage, heating/AC easy to control. Nice quiet neighbourhood, close to downtown Franklin. For significant self catering the kitchen equipment in need of some augmentation (only one wine glass, for example), especially if fully occupied. But otherwise well equipped. The yard was rather unkempt and uninviting, with rather worn patio furniture (although at 90+ degrees during our stay this was not a problem for us). All in all a pleasant stay.

Wedding

We visited Franklin for the first time for a family wedding. The place was a perfect place to stay for two of our families. The “friend ship path” or connecting gate in the back worked out perfect for kids and dogs. The location is also perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

This home is within walking distance from downtown Franklin and a beautiful park. It feel so really homey and super clean. It was our second time staying there within 6 months.
