With 8 total bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, two full kitchens and living areas, and expansive bonus spaces, everyone has room to relax. Enjoy the city from a central location just minutes from downtown, then come home to comfort, style, and space designed to make your Music City experience unforgettable.

The Space:
These two beautifully designed, mirror-image townhomes offer the ultimate blend of space and comfort for large groups. Enjoy open-concept living areas in each home, two fully equipped kitchens, and plenty of private sleeping quarters. With two bonus common areas, two third-floor balconies, and two garages, you'll have double the room and flexibility. Whether you're planning a wedding party, friends' trip, or corporate retreat, this dual-home setup makes group travel seamless and stylish.

Combined, this home comfortably sleeps 24 guests.

Bedroom #1 (1st floor of both spaces) includes a queen size bed and Jack n' Jill bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo shared with Bedroom #2.

Bedroom #2 (1st floor of both spaces) includes a queen size bed and Jack n' Jill bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo shared with Bedroom #1.

Bedroom #3 (2nd floor of both spaces) includes a king size bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #4 (3rd floor of both spaces) includes 2 queen size beds and walk-in closet.

Bonus common area (3rd floor of both spaces) includes 2 queen size beds, a full size futon, and wet bar with mini fridge.

This home also includes two additional half bathrooms and two full bathrooms with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Things To Note:
- Washer/dryer in each unit.
- Cookware, bakeware, utensils, are available for guest use.
- Driveway and garage parking for 4 vehicles is available. Additional street parking is also available.
- These homes are not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
- Each townhome is equipped with 1 external security camera located over the front door and monitoring the entrance, driveway, and street.
- These homes are 2 separate sister units. Booking this combined/parent unit provides access to both units. Smaller groups should consider booking an individual unit.
