I want to begin with this house could be AWESOME. So much potential and super nice home. However, there are some things that need to be addressed. Also, to be fair we have high expectations when spending money to stay places. Upon checking in we could NOT park our car in the garage provided because the pool table was sitting in there. That was concerning for us after driving through a very close neighborhood that seemed a bit sketchy. As we made our way up to the fourth floor there were dead bugs, chips, and dirt all over the stairs. The balcony furniture was dirty and cushions smelled of mildew. A dirty blanket was rolled up on one of the chairs. The living room furniture is very USED and not comfortable at all. When I say used I mean the back cushions won’t even stand up like they’re supposed to they roll down almost flat and is very dirty. There appeared to have been a leak and they patched the ceiling and all is fine but with such a nice home why not fix that to look better and not half way done. House keepers do not pay attention to the tiny details. Lots of dust on light fixtures, in the corners and as mentioned before on the floors. There’s only tvs in the master bedroom on the top floor. And the bedroom on the main living area. The other two bedrooms do NOT have tvs. Overall this was a decent place to stay. I think it has potential of being a perfect 5 star. I think this house may be used for more parties than family vacations but wasn’t a horrible experience.
