BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION! LISTED 7/27/21. Close to downtown. This HUGE home is spacious and has plenty of room for groups. The home features 4 bedrooms/4 full bathrooms. The home is centrally located and a short $8-10 Uber to Broadway, The Gulch, Nissan Stadium, and Vandy. Walking distance to Pelican and Pig, Pearl Diver, Publix, Starbucks and other places in East Nashville.

The space
Each of our large 4 bedrooms feature brand new luxury memory foam mattresses ranging from twin to king. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom. Each bedroom also has a private closet and Cable TV. The bedroom doors lock for your privacy. There are additional sleeping throughout this exceptionally large townhome. All bed linens, towels, pillows, etc., are provided and on the beds upon arrival.

Traveling doesn't mean having to eat out for every meal. Your group will absolutely love the huge kitchen with all brand new stainless steel appliances. The endless counter space and multitude of cabinets and drawers ensure plenty of space. We supply all of the kitchen necessities so you are able to cook or reheat leftovers easily! We have everything from pots and pans, a coffee maker, to wine glasses and corkscrews!

Towels, bed linens, iron & board, 4 hair dryers, one straightening iron, brand new washer and dryer

Our home comes with 2 parking spots along w/ ample street parking. Lyft and Uber are both available in Nashville and are very cheap options to get to wherever you'd like to go.

Please let us know if you are traveling with children or babies as we will gladly bring by a Pack n Play, etc., upon request! We understand these things are bulky and the less you have to pack and travel with the better!

Great Stayin Nashville

Our group of 7 enjoyed our stay. Lots of room for 3 couples and 1 single. The location was great with easy access to routes downtown and to the Gaylird Opry Resort where we were attending the Sing 2022 Conference.

Nice clean place

The only downside to the whole place was the curtains. They are a cream color so the light shines in bright and early around 5:30 am. It would be nice to have the option to block some of the early morning light. Also the room that has music city in it is a garage with no cooling or fans. So as much as we wanted to utilize the room it was just way too hot!

Great Stay For a Large Group!

First and foremost, I want to give a shout out to the host, William. He went above and beyond to accommodate our group and was extremely responsive at answering all of my questions. The property is great for larger groups - it conveniently sits near a Publix, Starbucks and other bars/restaurants that are in walking distance. The property was immaculate and very modern (huge plus!). If you're looking to book a place for a larger group (we had 12), look no further, this is THE place! The amenities, size of the space, and location are top notch. I give this stay a 10/10 and I hope to stay the next time we are in Nashville.

Property owner sucks

Owner said that he found a small hole in the drywall in the game room. I never saw the hole nor did anybody in my group (all family) see it or say anything about making a hole. The owner also charged my card for $150.00 for a quarter size hole that was most likely there before we arrived. Either way, it certainty doesn't cost $150.00 for something of that nature especially when the owner has the paint sitting in the corner of the garage which leads me to believe he took a picture of a hole before we got there and stuck us with the bill. I would not recommend this property to anybody.
