Questa elegante e nuovissima casa 4BR / 4BA situata a Nashville, di fronte all'Università di Belmont, è a breve distanza da Music Row, Hillsboro Village, 12 South e Vanderbilt University. Il Gulch e tutto ciò che Nashville ha da offrire è a 5 minuti. Costruita nel 2019, questa elegante unità a quattro livelli è stata recentemente arredata. This place was more than expected. My friends and family enjoyed our stay. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which was a plus on an all girls trip. Close to everything was a bonus. Minutes from broadway. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Host was very accommodating since we arrived earlier than expected. Thank you Dave. .

The house was great!!! Very clean. Kitchen had everything you need. Beds were comfortable. Location was great. Just a short Uber ride to Broadway and several other places in Nashville. Host was very responsive and helpful. Loved the rooftop area. Just an all around great place to stay. Hope to come back again soon!!

The property was clean. There are 51 steps from the garage to the upstairs deck, which was a challenge for me because I need a hip replacement. I did not understand that when I booked this property. There were extensive checkout cleaning instructions which we followed. We treated his home like we would treat our very own, and we are very clean and conscientious people. The next week we received a notice that he had filed a claim against the insurance policy that we purchased saying that we damaged his property. We did not damage his property. The insurance company denied his claim and he said I owe him personally.

This house was absolutely perfect for our group! Each bedroom had a king-size bed and its own attached full bathroom, which made everything so comfortable and convenient. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with all the amenities we needed.The large kitchen with the island was a standout feature — it became our gathering spot and was perfect for everyone to stand around, cook, and hang out together. The layout is ideal for groups who want both privacy and shared space.Location-wise, it couldn’t be better — just a quick Uber ride to downtown Nashville, making it easy to enjoy Broadway and all the attractions without the noise and congestion.We truly enjoyed our stay immensely and would absolutely book this home again. Highly recommend for groups, families, or friends traveling together!

Yes for the most part. The ice maker did not work . The shower close to the garage tended to stop up somewhat. Loved the chocolates and the wine and the coffee service was great.

This place was beautiful!! One of the nicest places we've stayed. I didn't love all the stairs, but that's how Nashville is. If you have any physical disabilities, this place would not be ideal. The living space is on the second floor. For our group of 4 adult couples, it was absolutely perfect! Spacious rooms, private bathrooms and the rooftop patio was a perfect way to hang out. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

We loved everything! The home was perfect for 8 seniors, as we each had our own room and bathroom. There are lots of stairs but they were relatively easy to handle. Kitchen was well stocked, with enough coffee, tea and ice for us all! Roof top patio was wonderful and a great way for us to end every day with a night cap. We all agreed, this home was a top highlight of our trip to Nashville. Thank you so much for sharing your home!

Beautiful property in a wonderful location. So well decorated and pristine. I was in town with my 3 best friends of 32 years. We pick a different city each year. This was one of our best trips and partly due to our residence. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We all had our private space. Kitchen well stocked for big breakfasts in the morning. Added touch was fully stocked coffee bar, snacks and wine. This we have not experienced before. David and Val were very responsive with questions regarding local recommendations. The garage was another added benefit as we had a rental car. Would highly recommend this property and its people to others.

This is our second time staying in this beautiful home. We will definitely be back next time we are in Nashville. The unlimited coffee and tea, large bowl of fresh fruit and 2 bottles of wine are a very nice touch! The beds are very comfortable, but could use better pillows and a refresh of the sheets.
