Beautiful Nashville Condo featuring Dolly Parton lounge!

Attention Dolly Parton fans! This is the rental property for you! Beautiful new condo with a great location in Nashville. Walking distance to Crema coffee and East Nashville Beer Works. A 10-minute Uber or Lyft to downtown, 15 minutes to the Grand Ole Opry! With 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and space to sleep 7, this is a great space for a small group. Our condo has three floors. The first floor has an open concept living and dining room, including a dining table and bar stools to sit 8+ for a meal that you can prepare in the fully stocked kitchen! The first floor also contains a half bath. The second floor features a music-themed master bedroom with two queen beds. Guitars and records on the wall, drums for end tables filled with multi-colored fairy lights, and a mural that puts you front and center for a live show! The second floor features a spacious master bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower and dual sinks. There’s also a full-sized washer and dryer on the second floor that guests are welcome to use with laundry detergent and fabric softener provided. The third floor features and a bedroom that is decorated with an outdoors theme, featuring birch trees and a boxwood wall. This bedroom includes a queen size bed and a couch that folds out into a full size bed. There is a full bath on the third floor and a great balcony space for enjoying some fresh air. And last, but not least, the third floor features the Dolly Parton themed lounge, the favorite space for Dolly fans!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean, well stocked, and decorated really cute. We appreciated the QR code instructions on certain things in the home. Parking was not an issue and it was nice that the community was gated. The host communicated clearly. Would stay here again!

Beautiful place to stay and very close to downtown and plenty of other places in Nashville! Quiet little gated neighborhood and felt very at home. Host was so accomidating and friendly. Overall amazing stay!

Very quiet neighborhood. House couldn’t have been more clean. We really enjoyed the place and the small things like coffee and the Bluetooth speaker! I forgot mine and was super excited to see they provided one. We also appreciated the fact that all three stories have their own thermostat. Catching a Lyft downtown to Broadway is only 12! We were there for The Weeknd’s concert and even during surge pricing after the event it was only 40 to get back home. The only thing I can critique is that we received a total of 3 different gate codes which was confusing the first couple times until we had it down. The DM had the correct code but the “Here are the keys to your trip” automated email came after this message with other (wrong), and since that was the most recent interaction from VRBO, it was our source of information as we initially arrived. After the trial and error the first time, we couldn’t remember which code was the correct one so had to do it all over the second time we entered the complex. Didn’t affect our satisfaction with the stay in the least, just some feedback for the owner.

Deserves TEN stars

Our host Jeff gave us easy-to-follow instructions for accessing the property and the unit (this was deeply appreciated by two senior citizens who aren’t necessarily the most tech-savvy folks), he responded quickly to the few questions we had, the complex was quiet, the space was immaculate, offered all the amenities we could have asked for, the decor made us smile, and if there was a higher rating than 5 stars I would apply it.

Girls trip

We had a fabulous time staying in Nashville at your place! It was so comfortable and we loved everything about it. We rented a car and it was not too far to drive to all the tourist destinations. We did take a Uber to broadway and back and it was reasonably priced. Jeff and Chris are amazing hosts.

Very nice place

We stayed at this property for a couple of nights. It is a very nice place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Communication with owner was excellent. There's a bit of street noise, but it's located close to many attractions. We recommend.

Such a cool place

So fun staying here! The place is super cute and close to everything! Off the beaten path so traffic was not horrible at all. Plenty of places to park. Enclosed lot so things felt safe. Would stay here over and over!

Nice Nashville Condo

The property managers were great to work with and quickly answered my questions (even the dumb ones). The property location was perfect for us, being close to my daughter as well as downtown Nashville. Of particular note is how roomy it was and how nicely the property was furnished. Would stay there again.

Gorgeous Condo

Group of 4 for a weekend on Broadway. The check in was easy and the condo was decorated great. Loved checking the whole space out and the balcony was a nice place to sit during down times. The area was a little shady but the condo itself felt safe. Owner was very communicative as well so that was nice.

Awesome Place

This place was beyond expectations. Very nice and clean. Bedrooms were cool in how they were decorated. Gated complex was great. We took Uber to Broadway. Better and cheaper than getting a hotel downtown. Communication from the Host was great and checked in us during our stay a few times. Definitely will stay here when visiting Nashville.

Fantastic property

The ease of dealing with the owner/manager was simple. Property was in very good condition with ample stocked items! Beds were very comfortable as well. Parking was easy with spots available at your door steps! Property is located in a gated community with private access which was easy to use. Great location to all of Nashville, took us 12min to get downtown.
