This is the perfect spot for your family's next adventure to Nashville. We have plenty of space inside & outside, comfortable furnishings, and a huge backyard that is fully fenced-in. Everyone will be able to spread out and enjoy themselves, and you're just minutes from all the action. The house is nestled away just enough that it feels like you are able to escape, but close enough that getting to the nearby bar/restaurant scene takes minutes.

We are cheap Uber/Lyft ride (during normal hours) to pretty much anywhere that is within the city. Please note there is a train nearby and we are near a highway.

They don't call it Hip East Nashville for nothin! East Nashville is laid back, chill, relaxed, music centric, foodie and where the locals love to hang out. So many places to have beers, amazing food, enjoy music and hang out. Great coffee shops, local hole in the wall bars and always a great community event going on. We are in close proximity to everything this amazing city has to offer! You cannot beat this amount of space in this location.

We are also located a few miles from some incredible outdoor spaces! Shelby Bottoms Park, Centennial Park, Radnor Lake and Percy Warner Lake are all surrounding the city. Shelby Bottoms Greenway is the absolute perfect place to go for a walk, hang up your hammock or enjoy a picnic with a book in the outdoors.

The neighborhood is safe, quiet, peaceful and easy to navigate. If you want to be able to enjoy everything the city has to offer but, be able to come home to a quiet and peaceful place to sleep and relax at the end of the day, this is the perfect place for you!
