Very nice 3 bedroom house. Only complaint that we had was that it wasn’t as stocked as other VRBOs that we have stayed at. Example would be only 1 washrag for 4 guests.

The house was clean and had the rooms and amenities listed. The main issue we had was that it was not well stocked (we had to buy things like plastic utensils, aluminum foil, and ziplock bags) compared to other locations we've stayed. There was also a surprising amount of broken furniture. The loveseat on the back patio was unusable and might as well be thrown away, the futon is being held up by a step stool, and the bottom bunk frame is broken (the middle support broke in half). I can't complain too much as I never did point any of it out to the host because it was not trip altering. For what we paid, it was a good deal. It functioned exactly as we needed it to. Despite the broken furniture, I'd come back to this location simply because the value for the rooms was worth it. Finding a 3 bedroom rental in this price range is difficult.

The oven was filthy with a pan still in it, shelf was cracked in the fridge, loose shelfs in cabinets, closet door not attached and someone's jacket still hanging up. Dead batteries in remote, no access to garage flies dead bugs and old furniture was in there. Bathroom mats were filthy, trash bin on side of house was full of trash,, no ink in printer, patio furniture broken, windows were unlocked and pieces of the blinds were broken off.. The house was freezing and we finally got the temperature regulated after sending a message. I would not recommend this place unless there are some improvements.
