Carriage House on Music Row B

Completely updated! Newly remodeled carriage house behind Historic home located on Music Row close to downtown Nashville. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The property was once owned by Country Music legend Chet Atkins. Only a couple of blocks from Vanderbilt, and close to restaurants, bars, museums, and all Nashville has to offer. Free parking in the alley behind the unit.
The space:
Lots of room! Large fully equipped kitchen with coffee bar, full-size refrigerator, full-size range/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. We also have a laundry closet with a washer and dryer. The family room has a Wifi connected Smart TV (Roku and other free apps installed, bring your own favorite paid streaming channel).

We have a pull-out couch in the largest bedroom for overflow sleeping but be aware the mattress is not very thick and may not be comfortable for large humans.
Guest access:
Self-check-in with electronic lock codes, to ensure safety for all guests. Full access to the entire unit, no shared spaces.
Other things to note:
Free private parking is located off the alley behind the unit. Street parking on the main street is available on an unlimited basis between the hours of 4:00 pm and 8:00 am, limited to two hours between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. We have other nearby parking options if you need them for overflow vehicles, just ask.

What a great stay. The Carriage House is steps away from Music Row, Vanderbilt, and Belmont. And we were able to easily walk to the Gulch and even downtown. There are also a few cafes and shops just a couple of blocks out the door which really contributed to that neighborhood feel. The apartment itself is spacious, well maintained, comfortable and very nicely stocked with all the amenities you could need. Laundry too is a plus. Thanks so much -- we'd love to return to the Carriage House next time we're in Nashville.

The Carriage House was in a great location, quiet but close to dining, entertainment, and shopping.Ron and Susan communicated very well in advance of our arrival. Although we didn't need to take advantage of it, I especially appreciated that they messaged us on arrival day to let us know the apartment was available for early check in. We found everything we needed and more in the apartment. The beds were super comfy (mattresses a little on the soft side, which we prefer). The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with utensils, pots and pans, dishware, etc. There are both Keurig and drip coffee makers, with a starter assortment of k-cups and cream and sugar. We also found salt, pepper, cooking oil, and an assortment of spices in the kitchen. The apartment was one of the cleanest VRBO units we've stayed in. Cleaning supplies were readily accessible for taking care of minor cleaning during our visit. Thank you, Ron and Susan, for a wonderful stay during our visit to Nashville!

The owners ars amazing. Very accommodating and the unit is very clean. They supplied us with well kitchen, bathroom, and living needs. Everything was easy, entry, parking, pickup for Lyft. Great safe location. We will definitely reserve again.

Listing matches photos. Not far from Music Row in residential area. Midtown area is even closer with restaurants and shops. Comfortable beds. Large closets. Did not really use kitchen items other than Keurig and refrigerator but seemed well stocked. Everything was clean except the tub surround has slight mildew in one area. Plenty of towels and paper supplies. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Ron and Susan!

Excellent

Carriage House B was just as advertised. It was an easy self entry. The space was very clean and attractively and comfortable furnished. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the appliances listed. There are some restaurants, coffee house and ice cream parlor within walking distance. Broadway and all it has to offer was a very short ride away as were additional restaurants, bars etc. We went to the Nashville Zoo which was great as well as Cheekwood Manor and Gardens. If you are going to visit someone at Vanderbilt it was very close. All in all this was a superior VRBO. I would definitely book it again if traveling to Nashville.
