Graziosa villetta su 65 ettari di terreno

Il nostro affascinante casale è stato completamente ristrutturato e rinnovato per i comfort moderni. È pronto per te venire e visitare. Una volta che una fattoria funzionante è lontana da tutto, abbiamo ancora la superficie, ma ora è solo 2 miglia dalla città! I principali negozi in fondo alla strada includono Target, Ross, TJ Maxx, Chico's, Dick's Sporting Goods, JoAnn's Crafts, JC Penney, Belk e molti altri ancora a Providence Place of Mt. Juliet, TN. Sono presenti anche importanti negozi di alimentari e un grande cinema.

Se Nashville è la tua destinazione, ci troviamo a 1 miglio dalla Contea di Davidson. 2 miglia a I-40 e poi solo 14 miglia dal centro.

Se vuoi scappare e rilassarti, porta a piedi la nostra proprietà nel nostro bellissimo laghetto e fai un giro in barca a remi, altalena, pesce o picnic. Le scuderie sono solo 2 fattorie lungo la strada!

This is the sweetest little place! Secluded enough but convenient shopping nearby, and downtown Nashville just a short drive away. We sat on the deck and saw deer in the fields almost every day. The host brought us an amazing caramel cake that we shared with our friends who were staying nearby. If we get back to the area we would definitely stay again!

Country Living

Thoroughly loved our stay at this charming cottage on 65 acres of sprawling farmland. The house was perfect for the three of us and we enjoyed relaxing on the deck and enjoying the sounds of singing birds. The well apportioned kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy some nice breakfasts and dinners in the breakfast nook. Everything we needed for a relaxing get away but close to Nashville for exploring as well.

Wow! Just Wow!

This charming cottage 'wraps its arms around you' like you are family. All you need to bring is your toothbrush! Delores made a delicious cake and left it on the counter in the kitchen for us to enjoy during our stay. The location was central to everything we needed. We will return!

Christmas charm

We chose the cottage for our Christmas get away. The location is perfect. Nice and quiet but still close to all the activities we wanted to do. The cottage itself is charming and had everything we needed. Delores the host was very nice and even baked a cake for us!!We would definitely stay there again

Perfect place!

my husband denies second stay here while visiting family in Nashville. It is perfect quiet out-of-the-way comfortable and clean. Dolores is an amazing host. I'm sure we'll be back again.

A quick getaway

Everything with the property was great! No complaints, and Ms. Delores was just a call or text away. Everything was close by and there was enough in the area for food at decent prices. The kitchen is also well stocked with utensils, spices and odds and ends so you just need to bring a few things if you are planning on cooking. There are several grocery store less than 10 minutes away. The only warning I want to give is about downtown Nashville itself. If you are planning on spending any time in the city, Uber or a taxi. Parking in lots or garages is SOOOO expensive (we paid $65 to park for a few hours) and it would have been cheaper to get a ride in.

Beautiful Farmhouse

We stayed for a week. The house and owner, Delores, are both lovely. The process was super easy. Easy drive to Nashville but far enough away to be countryside. Cheers for the coffee cake. Thank you Delores!

Great choice!

We were in town for a conference and were a group of 4 women sharing the space. We LOVED waking to deer in the back field (and yard) each morning, taking walks to the pond, watching the sunset & fireflies each night while sitting on the back deck, etc... There were a few minor issues (ie: one of us locked herself out when the other 3 were out) but Delores the host was quick to respond to & rectify any troubles. The home was well stocked with basics we needed right down to bug spray, dish soap, paper towels, etc... which we appreciated. Tons of towels as well- a great touch! A few things to note: -there is no door between two of the bedrooms (access to the one queen room through the room with 2 twins) and the door on the third bedroom was hard to close (needs sanded); -the bathroom, one bedroom & dining area is a step down from the rest of the house (be careful at night); -the home sits close to the road and the 65 acres is all to the rear of the house (as is the pond) Reading the description we thought it was back a long lane by the pond BUT this was no issue- just making sure people know. It was the perfect size, plenty of privacy, and we would most certainly book there again! THANK YOU Delores for all the comforts and hospitality. Oh- the coffee cake was yummy & such a sweet touch.

The property is off the beaten path meaning there is nothing close. Tv didn’t work 1 ceiling fan Had coffee maker but no coffee would have been nice Dirty silverware in sink It’s an old house but at least the bed was comfortable Just make sure you bring groceries when you stay at this house

Quaint. Quiet. Back deck is a nap in itself

Stayed 3 nights. Hiked at nearby Percy Priest lake part. Totally invites you to unplug, slow down and REST. We are making plans to return in the fall.
