Charming Modern 3-Bedroom Home in East Nashville!

Located in desirable East Nashville, relax in this modern, private, home away from home. This house is perfect for groups, families or if you’re looking for a couples getaway! Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed and the house has a spacious backyard with a ping pong table, grill, and outdoor seating. If honky tonking on Broadway or visiting one of the many Nashville hot spots or sporting venues is on your ‘to do list’ then hop in an Uber, our house is only a few miles away from downtown!
We have an air mattress and our couch also folds out for additional sleeping spaces. We also can make accommodations for early check in contact us for details after booking.
We have a license to run and own this property as a short term rental.

Quiet safe and close to the city!

Spent a few days here to be near nashville to take in some of the city and nashville shores. Rooms were comfortable and clean, host was super responsive. Kitchen was well stocked with the little extras you might have forgot(like salt and pepper !). My family made use of the ping pong table waiting on the girls to get ready to go out. A quick uber into the city for a day on broadway. We would definitely stay here again. House was decorated nicely and my kid loved the bunk beds! It was the perfect size for us.

House is in a great location & Scott was super easy to communicate with. Just not as clean as we would have hoped. Found trash under beds and couch. Would have loved extra towels but only 2 were provided for each room and only 1 hand towel in the kitchen.

Great location!

House was in a great location to all the things we wanted to do. Google maps had us go back a different way each time it was great. Park nearby to do a morning walk or jog! Everything in the house was great, rooms were nice and comfy. Only thing was not enough light over dinning room table.

The house was clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Nice kitchen with full size fridge. We will stay here again

The description was accurate, neighborhood quite, house was very clean, nice little park next door, house at end of the block. We did hear dogs barking occasionally but wasn’t a problem at all. If ever in Nashville again, we would love to stay here again.

Great stay in Nashville

East Nashville is a cool area with a great vibe. Scott's house was perfect for us. It had all amenities we needed, washing machine, kettle, hairdryer etc. And a driveway for our hire car. The street itself is cute and quiet. We had a minor issue one night with getting into the house, but Scott was super quick with responding (we sorted it ourselves soon after messaging) but he came out the next day anyway to check it out. Would definitely recommend this accomodation and couldn't ask more from Scott 😁

Cozy and convenient!

This was a great stay in a cute house, convenient to all we wanted to see in Nashville! This was a great family get away with the grandparents, and this house worked out perfectly! The location is a quick drive to downtown, and just off the major highways, so also convenient to zip out to other locations, like The Hermitage or the General Jackson. The neighborhood was vibrant and active. We felt very safe with the environment. The home itself was clean, and included some fun touches like the record player for all the new vinyls we picked up in the city. The three bedrooms and two paths worked wonderfully for our group of four adults and two kids. If we are ever back in Nashville, we will definitely stay again!

Music City Stay

Excellent experience from initial renting to final locking of door. Plenty of room for our 4 adults. Interior decor excellent and particularly enjoyed back deck furniture and area. Only 8 miles from Music City Row. All 3 vehicles had plenty of parking room in driveway. Thanks to Scott and maid for preparations and providing great initial Nashville experience.
