Exceeded Expectations

Pictures don’t do this beautiful cottage justice. The feeling of being “home” started when I walked in the door. It was comfortable, cozy and just a perfect place for a short getaway. So cute! I’ll be going back!

Wonderful Stay!

Loved the Coda Cottage. Great location, super cute and comfortable. Enjoyed the shopping just a short walk away. Dinner in Franklin was a quick drive down the rode. Just perfect for a quick refresh and recharge.

Cutest, coziest and roomy Home

This was a quick trip but I plan to bring the family with me to stay in this home. It has perfect sized bedrooms, a great sized kitchen and fridge- you could make big meals in. If you like or take a walk and get food out, too. It’s walking distance from the cutest stores, antiques and more. This is one of the safest neighborhoods in America to stay. This charming place is a must stay- keep it in your favorites for your next trip.

a peaceful respite.

my husband & i came to nashville to visit our 22yo daughter who lives here. we chose to stay in leipers fork, as we had stayed here before and loved the charm of it - away from the hustle. coda cottage was perfect for our time away. we enjoyed the quiet + clean home.

Mother-Daughter Getaway

Perfect spot

The Coda Cottage was exactly what we were looking for. Much bigger on inside than we thought in viewing the pictures. Nice quiet street but in walking distance to a bar, breakfast place and the library! Communication was great with the management, place was spotless when we arrived. We will plan on staying here again.

BEST PLACE FOR A GIRL'S TRIP

I booked this beautiful cottage for myself and my childhood best friend Kimberly. We became best friends in 8th grade and have been best friends for 25 years!!! Her birthday is this week and I wanted to treat her out for a couple of days so we could relax and catch up. Coda Cottage is the perfect place to do just that!!! It was so homey and cozy and beautiful!!! It had everything we needed and we both thought the beds were the most comfortable beds ever!!! There were bottled waters left for us, everything needed to use the grill and the fire pit, everything for coffee, taking a shower, doing laundry, etc. IT. WAS. PERFECT! 😍 The location is like no other. You can walk to all that Leipers Fork has to offer. This was our favorite trip yet. We have decided it should be a yearly girl's trip. An oasis in Lieper’s fork

My experience was very special because my father-in-law had passed away the week before. Samantha couldn’t have been sweeter and accommodating to me with a late check out on Sunday. The house is so warm and wonderful… Wonderful furnishings and wonderful beds etc. so easy to walk into the fork… One block away. This is a jewel of a place to stay. Thank you Samantha…

Leiper’s is Lovely

Enjoyed our stay at this Pot’n’Kettle property, very pretty area, easy access for riding the Natchez Trace, appreciated the kitchen and laundry room, comfortable beds. Suggest different lighting for the main bedroom; coupes who read in bed need option to shut lights off at different times!

Perfect getaway

Perfect getaway

We rented this property for a short getaway to unwind from the pressures of work and everyday stress. What a great choice! Coda Cottage at Leipers Fork was the perfect place to have a quiet, stress free vacation! It was quaint, beautiful, and quiet. We left feeling rejuvenated and ready to get back into the world. Perfectly Located

Coda Cottage is perfectly located in downtown Leiper’s Fork. We were able to walk to the shops, restaurants and entertainment. So much fun in Leiper’s Fork! The cottage had a cute Christmas teee and outside lights for the holiday! Neighbors were very friendly and the area is very quiet.

Quaint little cottage

Very quiet and beautiful location. Easy to get to. We would have enjoyed it more if the beds were bigger, like upgrading to queen sized beds at least and if the furniture in the living space was more practical and comfortable. It was fairly clean, but when we arrived the bathroom floor was sticky and dirty. I cleaned it with one of the cleaning rags myself without bothering the owner about it because it was late, but I’m sure she would have taken care of it very promptly if I had asked. Otherwise great place in a quaint, quiet neighborhood.
