Welcome to The Bloom House by AvantStay, where bold design and authentic Nashville energy come together for an unforgettable stay. This vibrant retreat sleeps up to 12 guests and is filled with colorful touches, floral accents, and curated artwork that set the tone for a truly one-of-a-kind experience.

Inside, gather in the open living space where eclectic décor and plush seating invite long conversations and laid-back nights in. The full kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, perfect for cooking meals to enjoy around the dining table before heading out to explore Music City.

Four bedrooms provide space for the whole crew: a king suite with ensuite bath, two guest rooms with queen beds, one with two double beds, and a playful bunk room that makes sleepovers easy. With two bathrooms, each featuring a shower/tub combo, getting ready for a night out is simple and stress-free.

Just minutes from East Nashville’s local gems—coffee shops, breweries, and buzzing restaurants—you’re also a short drive to Broadway’s legendary honky-tonks and live music venues. Whether you’re here for a bachelorette weekend, family getaway, or a group adventure, this home blends comfort, character, and location in true Nashville style.

There’s a reason Nashville, TN has become one of the country’s most loved southern cities. With its vibrant nightlife, country music scene, and incredible food, “Nashvegas” is a top destination for people simply looking to have a good time- which means lots of drinking and eating. Visitors flock to Broadway, a street lined with multi-level bars playing live music and serving bbq. You might get stuck in traffic behind party bikes called Pedal Taverns, but you’re more likely to cheer them on than get road rage because having fun is part of the culture in Nashville.

Nearby attractions: Broadway, Nashville Farmer’s Market, Ryman Auditorium, Honky Tonk, Bridgestone Arena, Centennial Park, Monell’s (Southern), Rolf and Daughters (Italian), Henrietta Red (Seafood), O-ku (Sushi).

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Parking Details:
- On-site parking available for 1 car maximum, based on availability (first come, first served).

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

We stayed here for a girls’ trip for Black Friday shopping and it was perfect! The place was very clean, the host was extremely responsive, and we had zero issues during our stay. Parking was easy, the neighborhood felt safe, and we were just minutes from everywhere we needed to go. We’d definitely stay here again!
