Country living at its best, chickens and a beautiful stocked pond to fish in

Beautiful home just minutes from downtown Springfield and 30 minutes from Nashville, TN. We have chickens. You can gather the eggs and have fresh eggs for breakfast or enjoy fishing in the beautiful, relaxing, stocked pond. Fishing poles are ready and waiting. 1000 MBPS 1 gig Wi-Fi. Two living rooms. A gorgeous sunroom, three bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig and coffee pot. We have a gas grill outside with a gazebo and a gas Burn Ring to enjoy smores.

Amazing

From the time we pulled into the driveway and saw the place in person it was like a dream come true. The house was big enough for everyone without being on top of each other. The inside was amazing, fully stocked with dishes, extra linens if we needed, plenty of towels and rags, plenty of games to play, fishing was awesome, and of course can’t leave out the chickens it was fun letting them out in the morning and at least trying to put them up at night. Mrs. Debbie was the best host if I needed anything she was just a phone call away. Would recommend anyone that likes the country life and the quietness to choose this destination. It was so good we didn’t want to leave. Thanks for letting us stay.

Loved this Home

We loved staying here. House was clean and had everything we needed. My kids loved the pond and caught quite a few fish. We loved gathering the eggs from the chickens and we even cooked breakfast with what we had gathered. I liked that the house was quiet and away from the hustle of daily life. Close to town and the town has everything you need. We drove to Nashville daily for a cheer comp (takes around 40 minutes but the drive is very scenic) and even drove over to Louisville, KY for a day (drive was 2 1/2 hrs from house). We had never been to TN so I was pleasantly surprised by its beautiful landscape around this area. If we ever make our way back to TN we would gladly choose this place to stay again.

If you are staying with family this house is perfect. Our grandchildren loved seeing the chickens every day and gathering eggs. We fished everyday. Close to town to get anything you need but a quiet peaceful place. We would definitely stay agai.

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay. Country scene but not far from town. Beautiful view out back and plenty of space inside. I would definitely recommend this place to others and will book again when in the area.

Visit with our son on leave from Fort Campbell KY

This home met all of our needs. Felt like visiting with an older relative - the style and decor are very traditional and everything was in excellent condition. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our time at the property. It is convenient to Wal Mart and all sorts of fast food and other restaurants (lot of Mexican restaurants).We did fish in the pond and had success catching several small mouth bass (that we released).The chickens are free range so there is chicken poop around but we have chickens at home so that wasn't an issue for us.Our stay was pleasant and we got to spend quality time with our soldier. Next trip we may try to get a little closer to base though - it took him about 40 minutes to drive to us that first night.The driveway has two places that you can turn in and both look a little steep but once you turn in they are not as steep as they look from the road.We would return to this property in the future if we ever needed a place to stay close to Nashville.

Great spot to hangout.

We had a very good time at this property! The house was very clean and in nice shape. We all had fun fishing in the pond. We had fresh eggs every day from the chickens. The house is so close to Springfield you can run and grab anything you need.

Perfect Place For A Family Getaway

A perfect place for a quiet getaway with the family. Conveniently located close to town and big city locations of Nashville and Clarksville, yet remote enough for quiet relaxation. Wide open area for grandchildren to run and play. The house itself is very nice, clean, well maintained, and the host is wonderful to work with. Will definitely stay again and high recommend.

Option to Motel

We rented this home as an option to a motel room for the Corvette Caravan in Bowling Green, KY. This house is about 1/2 way between Bowling Green and Nashville, making it quite convenient. Very nice LARGE home on spacious property. When we go back to Nashville, we will be back here!!!

beautifully decorated, loved that both living rooms all had tv's in and all the bedrooms, 11 year old boys loved the back mud room to play in. Lots of dishes and pots and pans. The pond is a lovely spot to hang out at, caught a lot of blue gills,boys were thrilled. The fresh eggs were amazing. Those girls are hard at work, we must of got about 2 doz, while we were there.close to a lot of food places and food stores,etc.the owners were very nice ,helped out with what ever we needed, and taught us about the eggs ,after being laid.

Tennessee fun!

This place is amazing, it was our half way point to the beach!! The house is spacious and comes with everything you need! Our kids LOVED the pond and caught lots of bluegill and a couple of bass fish. The house is located just close enough to town. We were able to enjoy Springfield's Friday Festival. We took a short drive to Nashville to sight see and enjoy country music, then came back and relaxed at their property! We will definitely be back!! We met the owner and he was nicest guy!!! Thank you for making our trip easy and memorable!!!

Tennessee Relaxation

We came to visit with my brother and his wife who live about 30 minutes from the rental house. It was clean and large enough to accommodate a wheelchair. The gazebo was our favorite place to sit and visit. My niece and brother fished and enjoyed catching the bass!

Spacious Sweet Home

Our family stayed a few nights here on our way to The Ark Encounter in Kentucky. When we arrived the power had went out in the neighborhood. We contacted Debbie, and she was absolutely quick to response. Her hubby, Ed, came over to deliver some candles. We had such an engaging conversation that kept us entertained until the lights came back on. The house provided the space we needed, it was fun playing with chickens and eating fresh eggs for breakfast. My husband and kids ventured off to fish at the lake- but those fish were rascals (they would eat the worms right off the hooks).Good thing we had steaks as back up. We were able to squeeze in a quick drive to Nashville as well. This property provides the space a family needs while allowing the opportunity to create beautiful memories for a lifetime. We will definitely be back!!!

We had the best time. Took one day of the vacation and just enjoyed the amenities of the property. We fished and hung out under the gazebo.
