We were in a newly renovated suite which was very clean. The bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows. Check-in staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for what we needed. We were on 3rd floor and there are no elevators so that was a little tough. Also, TV channels had a lot static but we weren’t in room very much so not a dealbreaker for us. We did not use amenities due to time constraints so we are unable to comment on those. Overall, a great stay and will likely book again.

The room was very nice, comfortable, large and well apponted. We were to stay 4 nights but left early due to the guest above us. They acted like children running around. We were told they were adults ! They kept my wife up all night. The next morning she asked to leave. I went to the front desk to let them know about the noise and the Associate actually showed not compassion. Emotionless. I asked her title and she said Associate. 2 others listened in from kind of armlength. The conversation was civil. We didn't asked for anything and nothing was offered. No offer to move to another room. We decided to leave, wasnt worth moving all of our things for one more day BUT it would have helped to be offered something.

The unit was very nice, clean and convenient to the Grand Old Opry. It was nice having a kitchen and the patio was a bonus. The bed was comfortable and TV had cable vs streaming. The only downside was when checking in you have to tell the timeshare people “no” multiple times. If your firm and continue telling them “no” they will back off. They did call the room every day but an easy no was sufficient. Overall, I would definitely rent this unit again.

The fact that it was a nationwide resort by Wyndham was a bit of a surprise. I was warmly welcomed, but given a bit of a sales pitch about joining the Wyndham resort plan.

Very spacious 1 bedroom with a large bath areas. Very clean. Air conditioner worked good. Top floor and quiet with a great view of the pool. Beautiful landscaping. All in all a great stay. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The property is beautiful and managed well. Everyone is so nice and there’s plenty to do in the area and on property! The suit itself we stayed in was clean and had everything we needed, it just needs to be updated.

Hidden Gem

I travel to Nashville quite a bit for work, I love staying here because for the price it cannot be beaten. Not only does the resort offer a plethora of activities throughout the day, the rooms are spacious and clean. The resort itself is adjacent Opryland and other venues that make evening plans a breeze.

Nice timeshare unit, great hosts

Nice timeshare unit, typical Westgage property. Hosts were very responsive to communication.Typical Westgate property, nice timeshare unit. A little farther from downtown than I realized but refreshingly quite. Only downside - Westgate did their absolute best at trying to sell the unit (overpromised/undersold on deliverables). Paid shuttle was extremely late causing us to be late to our paid concert. No apologies offered by resort. Would definitely work with the hosts again though, very professional.
