Situated in the Buena Vista neighborhood and adjacent to the charming and historic Germantown neighborhood, this property is perfect for easy access to Nashville's best nightlife, dining, and entertainment. With an open floor plan, locally inspired decor and modern chef’s kitchen, this spacious home is a welcoming abode after a day of eating, vintage shopping, and bar hopping.

There’s a reason Nashville, TN has become one of the country’s most loved southern cities. With its vibrant nightlife, country music scene, and incredible food, “Nashvegas” is a top destination for people simply looking to have a good time- which means lots of drinking and eating. Visitors flock to Broadway, a street lined with multi-level bars playing live music and serving bbq. You might get stuck in traffic behind party bikes called Pedal Taverns, but you’re more likely to cheer them on than get road rage because having fun is part of the culture in Nashville.

Great property for weekend getaway. Super easy to get to Broadway with quick Uber ride and can walk to restaurants easily. House was clean and in good condition. We rented 2 homes side by side and it was perfect for a large group!. I would stay here again.

Great townhouses near Germantown

These are great townhouses on the edge of the Germantown / Buena Vista neighborhood. The location is very accessible to most things downtown. We walked to Broadway some times, took ride shares other times. It's about a 30 minute walk. It's close to the Germantown, the minor league ballpark, and the Nashville Farmers market. The townhouses were in good condition. Everything was in good working condition, and we had no issues during our stay. I had to reach out to the host when I arrived as there was tape on the walls and ceiling that was likely from the last guests hanging balloons or banners. I didn't so much mind, but didn't want to be billed for it if the crew had missed it. The floor plans are good for a group. The primary bedroom upstairs bedrooms can sleep a ton of people if needed. The two upstairs bedroom have a Jack and Jill style bathroom, which is a bit unique for a primary bedroom, but keeps the other bedroom from having to go downstairs. Our group had a great time in Nashville and would come back to these townhouses again.

Nashville Getaway

We booked two properties for our group, during the thanksgiving holiday and it was great but not perfect. I commend the staff that was on call - when we got there we noticed that the toilet, the sink and shower was not functioning properly in the downstairs unit. We contacted the staff via text which responded quickly and had maintenance come out to resolve the issue. However, this was a problem with the sewer line blockage that maintenance could not take care. So we had to be inconvenience one night only. I was very impressed with the staff getting a plumber out on thanksgiving morning to resolve the issue. Otherwise, the location and accommodations were great!

Nice place in a not so great neighborhood and aging

Overall it was ok. Layout worked for our family. The places are getting a bit west and tear. Need to add additional bath towels, dish towels and blankets. We were short throughout. Dumpster/trash can was overflowing and pretty nasty. Also, additional shampoo, conditioner and body soup would be appreciated. As mentioned, it worked for us but did not meet our full expectations.
