Every aspect of the home has Nashville running through its veins. From tastefully placed historic entertainment décor and full wall artwork to the rooftop deck overlooking the city, you've found the right spot for your Nashville getaway.

Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a home cooked meal, right? That's why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook you and your family a nice dinner.

Is that a cloud your sleeping on? Nope, that's just our generous sleeping arrangements and cozy couch.

You're staying for while and that outfit can only be worn so many times. Use our in unit washer and dryer to freshen up. (or don't, we don't judge)

Each TV is locked and loaded with HD cable TV. Judge Judy, SpongeBob SquarePants, Diner's Drive-Ins & Dives? Yeah, we got you covered!

The cherry on top is the rooftop deck that is more than ready to host sunset cookouts with a gas grill, dining and lounging areas, plus, skyline views that will light up in bright pinks and oranges as the sun goes down. Plus, the string lights will allow you to stay out and reminisce as the stars come out.

Play your favorite tunes, take a picture in front of our skyline artwork, and get ready for a night out on Broadway! What more could you want? This is your next home-away-from-home!

The entire house is available to use except for the closet which stores the owner's personal belongings & cleaning supplies for our staff.

There is plenty of street parking for any guests + a private garage for 2 compact cars.

Guests should be a minimum of 23 years in age or accompanied by a parental guardian, and are kindly asked not to reside within a 50-mile radius of Nashville.

While the neighborhood is mostly quiet and safe this is still an urban environment and you should always remain aware of your surroundings and use common sense. We recommend that you don't leave valuables in your car and don't leave the doors and windows unlocked when you leave the house.

This unit is 4 stories, including the rooftop deck. If you have physical limitations we kindly suggest booking elsewhere to have a more comfortable stay.

Nashville stay

Nice condo, living area smaller than expected. Kitchen very nice and well equipped. Could never get channels on the tv. First floor bedroom was a little disappointing, small and didn't realize it had bunk beds. Bathroom off living room needs toilet seat fixed and more towels in bathrooms would be nice. Fans need cleaning. Garage is a big plus. Overall nice place. Neighborhood not the best.
