Newly Built, well appointed, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 level Coach House located in the beautiful Lockeland Springs neighborhood in East Nashville. Fully stocked Quartz and stainless appliance kitchen. Main Floor bedroom has ensuite bath. Restaurants, bars, and coffee shops are a short 5 minute walk and an 8-10 minute walk to the heart of 5 Points + all the great restaurants, bars & live music East Nashville is known for. Quick uber/lyft to heart of Broadway/Bridgestone Arena. Note:Stairs to flr 2

This home was newly built in 2023. It is the perfect spot for a long weekend, week or even a month's stay in Nashville. There is a smart TV in the living room area. The entire 2 story guest house apartment is private and guests have access to the entire space minus the garage. There is a parking pad behind the coachhouse for guests to use. The 5 points East Nashville neighborhood is the perfect middle ground for those seeking a vibrant but low key spot in the city with shops, bars, coffee shops and restaurants in a walkable, friendly and historic neighborhood while having quick & easy access to all of the Broadway action and close to the Stadium. You can stroll the tree lined streets to some of Nashville's favorite eateries , shops and bars. Great spot for bachelorette & bachelor trips, birthday weekends, and traveling nurses! Pros: Nice place, very clean, nice neighborhood, walking distance to some bars and restaurants, quick uber to downtown, friendly host, Comfortable beds.Cons: parking is very tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle. You are required to do quite a few check out chores, such as wash sheets and towels. You are also required to purchase insurance in case you damage the property. This is an added expense that I feel should be included in the rental price. The stairs may be an issue if you have young children or older adults.

Overall the place was pretty clean, it was smaller than expected but it met all of our needs.Local area was nice, was close to everything we wanted to visit. Parking was a little hard due to the size of vehicle, you park in the alley in front of the converted garage.

Lovely place in a walkable neighborhood. The apartment was very clean, the beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed for a fun weekend away. It was so nice to have so many places in walking distance on super pedestrian friendly roads.

Awesome house great location

We had a blast in Nashville. This location in East Nashville was close to five points and downtown. The house was clean and had everything you could need. You can walk to restaurants and a short Uber ride to down town. Communication was excellent. This won’t disappoint.

Shauna's house is super cute. It is clean, well decorated and comfortable, located about .5 mile from stores and bars in the Lockeland Springs neighborhood. Shauna is a great communicator. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Home Away From Home

Very nice, clean, comfortable home in a great location. Worked perfectly for our needs. The neighbourhood was very walkable and downtown is also easily accessible. Hosts were very responsive and had great BBQ and pizza recommendations. Would definitely want to stay here again if we come back. We loved spending mornings on the front veranda.
