You'll be welcomed to this gorgeous 2-story home by the spacious front porch with towering wooden pillars, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning read and cup of coffee.

Fall in love with this custom-designed interior! The fully stocked kitchen features a center island and opens up to the living room and dining area, making entertaining and connecting during meal times a breeze.

Live your summer night's dream in this spacious backyard! With a large deck and outdoor sofas, the patio is the perfect space to enjoy a glass of wine on a warm summer evening. Or, sit out on the second-story balcony for sweeping views of the stunning sunsets Tennessee is known for!

Getting ready for the night has never been easier! Each bedroom features its own en suite bathroom, making it easy for your whole group to freshen up before a night out. We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our visit. After we checked out, we realized we had accidentally left an item behind, and the host went above and beyond to locate it and kindly offered to ship it back to us. We’re so grateful for the extra effort and care. Highly recommend staying here — we’d happily return!

This house was perfect for our first family getaway as a family of 4. We traveled with a 5 year old and newborn plus my parents. The house was perfectly situated for all of us. The backyard was awesome for the kids!! We walked to the brewery and coffee shop. We’ll be renting this house again!

Wedding weekend

We had a wonderful wedding weekend in Nashville! We had events downtown and on the west side and this house was very centrally located. It was perfect for our family of 9 …. many happy memories were created here!

Upstairs showers

Both baths in the upper floor had very low quality shower/tubs. It made noises during someone’s shower that could be heard downstairs. Very thin fiberglass I believe. Master bath ceiling was water stained from a previous water issue.

Perfect for Family Christmas

Wife and I, and two adult children w/ partners stayed for Christmas week. House was well stocked, very comfortable, tastefully decorated and in a nice neighborhood. All three bedrooms had their own bathroom which was perfect. Open kitchen and living area with lots of comfortable seating. Though not used due to weather, back yard deck seating, front porch and balcony offered pleasant outdoor areas. Location was convenient - quick access to interstate and 15 min or less to anything. Owner was responsive and helpful in all interactions.

Lovely Home in Nashville

A very nice and well equipped home in a good location for visiting or being a tourist. Very clean at check in and it had all the essentials for all of our activities. The Master Suite on the ground level is very nice and the other two bedrooms nice but serviceable for larger groups.
