Guest access
Our guests can enjoy the entire apartment. Access instructions to the building will be given prior to check- in.
Other things to note:

2-story loft, with 2 separate entrances, located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the building
There is a TV in each bedroom + a large Tv in the living room

This unit is permitted for 3 bedrooms and up to 8 guests, however, it is truly a 2-bedroom + loft: the loft can accommodate up to 2 guests in the Queen daybeds. It is open to the living room.

Elevator building, secured with door codes - no concierge or receptionist present in the building

No outdoor space, however, there is a table and chairs outside the entrance of the building, and the condo is at walking distance to the largest park in Nashville.

Private gated parking (free) with dedicated spaces

Smart Locks (the code to enter the condo will appear on your guest portal after booking)

All units are rented on a short-term rental basis. This unit is on the 3rd and top floor of the building, with no other unit above.

ADA-friendly with ADA parking, shower, entrance on each floor, and space between the beds.

★ We thoroughly inspect each property before every stay to ensure everything is working properly. If you experience a maintenance issue during your stay, please let your host know as soon as possible. We will always do our best to resolve the issue promptly, but please note that repair times may be subject to contractors' availability.

**Please note that we provide amenities such as trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, tea, sugar, condiments, etc. If guests want additional amenities, this will be at the cost of the guests.

We provide two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, plus what's already on the holder. Please note that we do not offer restocking during your stay, so you may need to purchase additional supplies if needed.
