I really loved staying here. It was incredibly well-located - with nearby coffee shops, alternative clothing stores, grocery, drugstore, restaurants, wine & beverage store, and... the icing on the cake - Centennial Park & the Parthenon! I was honestly amazed and also grateful that so many places I needed were so close! Bedrooms were extremely comfortable & tastefully decorated - the whole apartment was - the kitchen was well supplied. And I appreciated the 2 designated parking spots in the gated parking area beneath the building. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We highly recommend this place! It was perfect for our needs and close to everywhere we wanted to visit within and outside of Nashville. The place was very clean, had everything we needed and more, and we loved the interior design. The private parking garage was the best we've seen and we've been staying at places all around Nashville since 2018. Mark was very responsive, even though it was the Thanksgiving holiday, and he was able to accommodate our special requests. All around great!

This condo is exactly as it is pictured. Very cute and spacious and in an adorable neighborhood. We truly loved staying here for our girls getaway. And the room with the 2 queen beds is much more spacious than shown in the pictures. It was all great and the communication was quick and friendly.

This was a great location to get back and forth to Vanderbilt hospital and the children’s hospital. We walked on the nice days (25 minutes along Vanderbilt university campus) and drove in at night (10 min). The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Interacting with the host was so easy and timely. Would highly recommend!

My family and I had the perfect stay at Guitar Groove. The location was excellent, being a quiet and safe neighborhood, convenient secure parking for two spaces. The clean and comfortable home had all the amenities that we needed. Mark communicated our plans from the beginning, following up to make sure everything was perfect. I appreciated how he made sure that we knew the codes to enter the property, etc. This location is the best value, super nice stay! Host is accommodating and I will be returning in the future!

Very nice place that we will definitely consider again. Just a few things we didn’t like: the mattresses, pillows and sheets were not too comfortable, coffee table in online listing was not present and instead a very small, unstable side table that’s meant to be placed over the arm of a sofa was present. No room on table to play games, set drinks or food. Only place for eating was two uncomfortable barstools and yet the rental is supposedly for 8 people. Not sure where all those people would eat. Regardless, the place was clean, safe, and provided easy access to highway. Again, we will definitely consider again.

A great stay in a great locaion

We visited Nashville to tour Vanderbilt and get a sense of the city. Our accommodations were just what we needed, close to the University, easy drive to downtown, and very close to the highway (but without the noise). The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, with plenty of access to food, shopping, and fun. A great stay and I'd absolutely consider coming back if I were to return to Nashville.

Pleasant Stay

The condo is well set up, clean and secure. Only note would be about the stairs. From covered parking spaces to the top floor bedroom is three flights - not ideal for anyone mobility challenged. Otherwise nice place / good value.
