Welcome to this bright and cheery home in the heart of Berry Hill, just minutes from downtown Nashville. Positioned near Nolensville Pike, you`ll be surrounded by local hotspots like Degthai, The Eastern Peak, and many other options. With Broadway just a 15-minute drive away, you can easily dive into the energy of downtown while still enjoying the peaceful vibe of this neighborhood—a perfect blend of Nashville’s unique flair!



The space

This stunning, sunny townhome gives plenty of room for your whole group with four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. You`ll find ample sleep space among the six beds, so everyone can have sweet dreams about all the boot-scooting you`ll be doing on Broadway! The open concept kitchen, dining, and living space provides a great area for the whole group to hang out, whether you`re whipping up a chef-inspired dinner or enjoying late-night pizza. This was an amazing place to stay. Everything was fresh, clean, brand new and so colorful. I felt like we were in our own little Oasis there in Nashville. One of our favorite things was that each bedroom had access to its own bathroom. That was awesome!

Neighborhood is terrible

Townhome/condo was nice, new and clean. Didn’t realize that it was 4 floors and a lot of stairs but maybe that was my bad for not realizing. Unfortunately the reason for the rating was the neighborhood. It is a terrible neighborhood with what looks like a serial killer home across the street. Neighbors who were doing a drug deal right outside of the house. People lingering outside all night. Honestly it was a pretty unsafe area and does not meet the quality and standards of the house. It was overpriced just being in that neighborhood. Also, the blinds on the windows could use some blackout curtains as the rooms are facing the street, which light up the rooms and make them super bright.

Beautiful Nashville Home

Our family was in towon to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday. The accomodations were perfect and fit all of us. Very clean, well taken careof property.

Plenty of room

Lots of space for a group , bathrooms galore. The king bed is very loud and squeaky. We were happy with our stay , but I do think it’s important to note there are 3 abandoned boarded up homes across the street , just takes you off guard once you arrive Zunker’s 3/5-3/10/2025
