It was disappointing to find out that the rooftop bar was closed. We returned from dinner early to to be able to go up and view the city but were unable to enjoy it. We booked a room on the executive level to be able to enjoy the executive lounge that was also closed.

Spoiled Coffee Creamer in Room
Upon awakening, I like to enjoy a cup of coffee with cream. Unfortunately, the liquid coffee creamer in my room was spoiled. I checked with the front desk, and they did not have any, and the kitchen was closed. So, at 5 am, I had to go to a gas station for coffee. Other than that, I was very pleased with my stay.

A Great Friend/cation at the Hilton
This stay was pleasant and I felt secure. The only issue was me (and my friends rooms) didnt have wash clothes in the room upon our arrival. Other than that, I enjoyed the experience.

Amazing bday weekend
We came here for my daughter's 20th bday and are now hooked on Hilton. I'm a travel nurse and have stayed alot of places and this was by far the best we have stayed in. Most comfortable beds. The only draw back for us is that they are not pet friendly. No other complaints can be made.

Although the hotel is nice, the service was horrible. I drove from Birmingham, Alabama and had a reservation, and yes, I was early. Arrived 2:00, check-in at 4:00. Told me that all the early check-in rooms were taken by a large group and there were no rooms available for 'my category.' Can only guess they meant because I had booked through Hotels.com. Told them I had a meeting at 3:00, my first meeting as an advisory board member at Vanderbilt and could I take any room kind of room so I could freshen up and change clothes. They offered me the public restroom in the lobby. No politeness, no understanding, no anything, just smirky smiles. They were enjoying my discomfort. When I came back from my meeting at around 7:00, I checked in and immediately checked out and drove back to Birmingham. Will NEVER stay at this hotel again. Oh, and they charged me for the room!

Not worth the money.
Property is understaffed. Room was dirty and not provisioned, no blankets, no utensils, stained furniture, poor lighting, no tub in a suite. Food not good.

Beware of staff coming into your room
Night che k in was great and she was pleasant. Clean and nice hotel. The reason for my rating is the morning of check out there was a employee who didn’t knock and just entered the room while I wasn’t dressed. No apology was given and she was annoyed that I was startled by her entrance. This was at 7:30am and no reason for her to enter the room. The water was also yellow and cold it never actually warmed up

Clean, quiet. helpful staff
Clean, quiet hotel. Front desk very helpful with parking our vehicle that was too tall for the garage. Not a bad drive to downtown.

Green Hills gem
Our first time staying at the Hilton Nashville Green Hills and this place is GREAT! A true gem in Green Hills and really, just 15-20 minutes from anywhere in Nashville you want to go. Beautifully decorated and a very spacious king-bedded room. We will seek this hotel out for our next trip!

We only had an issue with our Key opening the garage to get our. We had to go to the front desk to have it reprogrammed. Staff was helpful in getting this taken care of.

Nice hotel with high cost for parking
I wasn't given quite enough information to navigate the elevator or the parking garage properly (must use room key for both). The price to park was pretty high. The area was really nice, with lots of options for dining. Most of those were close enough to walk (although we didn't).
