Our private Nashville guest suite offers excellent value, comfort, and consistency, backed by hundreds of five-star reviews. Thoughtfully maintained and designed for real use, this space is a favorite for guests who want a clean, comfortable place to unwind after a full day exploring the city, without paying downtown prices.

Located about 20 minutes from downtown Nashville and 15 minutes from BNA and Opryland, you’ll be close to local restaurants, parks, and parks while enjoying a residential setting.

The suite has a private entrance with keyless, contactless check-in and is fully closed off from the rest of the home, giving guests their own dedicated space. This is a completely smoke-free, vape-free, and pet-free property, including the patio.

Important note: this is a private guest suite within a family home. While the suite itself is fully yours, you may occasionally hear normal household sounds from above. Guests who spend their days out exploring Nashville and sleep typical hours tend to find this a great fit. Bedroom
The private bedroom features a king-size bed, quality bedding, USB-equipped lamps, a white noise machine, and a 32-inch TV with YouTube TV. A large walk-in closet includes luggage racks, hangers, shoe storage, and a hamper. The bedroom opens directly to the private patio for easy outdoor access.

Living Area
The living room includes a pool table, board games, a 50-inch TV with complimentary movies and shows, and a full-body reclining massage chair. The sofa converts to a queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress and matching bedding, allowing the suite to comfortably accommodate additional guests.

Bathroom
The full bathroom includes hotel-quality cotton towels, personal care toiletries, a hairdryer, makeup mirror, and shower. A washer and dryer with detergent, along with an iron and ironing board, are located in the bathroom for guest convenience.

Kitchenette
The kitchenette is bright and well stocked for everyday use, featuring a Keurig with assorted coffees and teas, microwave, Instant Pot, blender, toaster, refrigerator with ice maker, dishes, utensils, and glassware.

Outdoor Space and Parking
Guests have access to a private, fenced patio with outdoor seating. One dedicated guest parking space is located directly outside the suite entrance for easy access.

High-speed WiFi and a smart lock keypad are provided for a seamless, contactless stay.

Everything about the place was great! Completely off-road and out of sight parking is a huge bonus - no need to unload the car. Restaurants are everywhere - just avoid the Steam Boys as it was overpriced and subpar.

Everything was great!! Loved all the amenities had a great time playing pool and using the massage chair!! Everything was well stocked and the host Chrissy was very welcoming and responsive!! The bed was super comfortable and everything was so nice and clean!! Great area also very quiet and lots of restaurants and shopping within a few mins drive. Def recommend this place would stay again!!

Perfect stay just outside Nashville. Quiet neighborhood, friendly host, lots of entertainment and very spacious for a basement! It was just my husband and I this stay, a relaxing getaway.

We were very pleased with everything. It was clean, spacious, nicely decorated and about 20 to 25 minutes to Nashville. There were plenty of restaurants and stores in the area for anything you needed. We found the noise to be minimal considering there was a family above us. No complaints at all

Amazing! Clean! Space is exactly as described! Close to airport. Bed is perfect. Massage chair was a fan favorite. Host is quick to respond to any questions. Detailed instructions on items like the massage chair and sound machine. During the day you hear life with kids upstairs, which was fun for us, but we didn’t hear anything while sleeping. I was nervous about the light coming into the bedroom, but she provides sleep mask and we had no problems. I can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you for making our first trip to Tennessee outstanding!

We had an excellent stay at this property! It was very clean and easy to access! There was a lot of little touches to this property that were very thoughtful, extra girl supplies in the bathroom and they provided postcards to send out to remember your trip! Would recommend this place to anyone!

Great place to stay when visiting Nashville

A beautifully decorated place with a pool table and massage chair. A great way to relax on vacation. The bed is the most comfortable that I have ever had on any vacation. The bathroom is huge with a really large shower and plenty of room to change clothes, do makeup or use the facilities. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in a closet off the bathroom so you can put dirty laundry right into the washer after changing.The refrigerator is very large with an ice maker so we could buy our own food for the week. The place is only a 20-30 minute drive from downtown. It was great to be away from the city sounds and traffic but convenient to visit when we wanted to go downtown. We truly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return there on another trip to Nashville.

Nashville Weekend

The hosts were wonderful at communicating instructions and responding to messages. They were also so accommodating to some of the needs we had. The suite was spacious, cute, and clean. It had extras throughout. I enjoyed staying there and would do it again! Thank you!!

Great value

Would recommend. Great value, good location, very communicative and welcoming host, and clean. Pretty close to downtown, but a 20-40 minute drive (traffic appears to be a common thing in Nashville). You do hear the family living above quite a bit. The host did inform us of this up front, so it was expected. If you are sensitive to light when sleeping, I would bring an eye mask. There are blinds/curtains up, but light gets through. The kitchenette was great - perfect for simple breakfasts and coffee. It is a good amount of space with the game room/living/kitchen together, separate from the bedroom and bathroom.

Weekend trip

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and convenient. It felt very private and peaceful, close to all the attractions in Nashville but far enough away to provide a quiet atmosphere.
