The Space:
BRAND NEW LISTING! This beautiful home is located in the heart of Nashville, less than a 10 minute Uber to Broadway! This area is filled with a ton of great restaurants and home to many of Nashville's recording studios. This large home offers plenty of space and LOTS of beds for your group!

Guest Access:
Traveling doesn't mean having to eat out for every meal. We supply all of the kitchen necessities so you are able to cook or reheat leftovers easily! We have everything from pots and pans, storage containers, and a coffee maker, to wine glasses and corkscrews! Ordering in is easy too. Your bed options range from cozy queens and a king to sofa sleepers and a daybed trundle.

Towels, linens, iron & board, hair dryer, washer and dryer (including detergent), Wi-Fi, cable, and many more amenities are all provided.

I chose this property due to the close proximity to family living in Berry Hill. We had a great experience with this property and property manager. We found the house to be as shown in the pictures and everything we expected. The property manager was always responsive and helpful during all interactions. We really enjoyed the large family areas, the game room and the rooftop. We had a great time and will definitely rent again when coming back to the area!

The location was close enough to the city that everything downtown was accessible but also outside the city enough to connect to other communities. The hang spaces were great and the large dining room table made gathering easy! Plus, the hot tub was great!

This property was a great stay ! The space was more than enough to accommodate my family. The location is centrally located, everything that we wanted to do was literally 10-15 minutes away. I loved the modern decor in the home, and the great sturdy furniture was very comfortable and appreciated. The multiple levels in the home was my favorite my family and I would refer to the levels as tiers…. lol I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it

My guest and I enjoyed the property, just a few things the light bulbs in the Nashville sign need to be replaced. A better description of the property to included that there are four floors which for some of my guests was inconvenience due to them being elderly. Hot tub didn’t have any chemical agents to fight against bacteria in the water which is very nasty.Property was clean and in a great location.

The place was big a lot of stairs. The only problem we had was having to kill water bugs/roaches. Other than that the place was nice.
