Benvenuti nel nostro condominio moderno e lussuoso con 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno direttamente sulla famosa MUSIC ROW di Nashville! A pochi passi da bar con musica dal vivo, ristoranti, caffetterie e una veloce Lyft a Broadway. Questo condominio ha anche l'iconica piscina a forma di chitarra per il tuo divertimento in stagione!

Questo è un condominio di 2 camere da letto, 1 bagno completamente rinnovato che può ospitare comodamente 6 persone. È stato progettato e decorato con un'atmosfera molto pulita, moderna e LUXE! L'attenzione ai dettagli è rappresentata in tutto il luogo ed è davvero unica nel suo genere nell'edificio!

Camera 1: letto matrimoniale e cuccette doppie (4 posti letto, cuccette su misura - molto robuste per gli adulti)

Area comune: divano letto con materasso memory foam (2 posti letto)

Principale: la cucina modernizzata si apre sul soggiorno. La cucina è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici NUOVI ed è fornita dell'essenziale per cucinare un piccolo pasto, se lo desideri. L'isola cucina ha 5 sgabelli da bar per molti posti a sedere. Il soggiorno ha un'atmosfera molto accogliente in quanto vi è un camino elettrico per rilassarsi e divertirsi guardando uno dei tuoi spettacoli preferiti su DIRECTV.

Bagno: c'è un doppio lavabo e doccia in piedi. Ci sono molti asciugamani freschi. Vengono fornite tutte le lenzuola e le coperte extra, incluso il divano letto. Lavatrice e asciugatrice sono anche per l'uso.

Forniamo sapone per le mani, detersivo per piatti, gel per lavastoviglie, sacchetti di immondizia, un rotolo di asciugamani di carta, diversi rotoli di carta igienica per bagno, shampoo, balsamo e detersivo per il bucato.

Great condo! Perfectly decorated and all the amenities you need. Very well maintained and clean. Very convenient location, 5-10 mins from all the sites. Host was very responsive. We would definitely stay again our next time in Nashville.

Where do I begin? This property was easy to get in and out of with ample instructions from the hosts. It was well stocked with plenty of towels, linens, blankets, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee!, filters, soap of all kinds, shampoo, conditioner, the list goes on! It might seem trivial but when you’re only there a day or two, it makes a difference in packing and not having to hit a store for the little things. The beds were very comfortable and the fact that there is a separate room for the toilet and shower is convenient when you have multiple people staying and trying to get ready at the same time. It’s in a quiet area but easy to access Broadway and all of the nightlife. I would definitely stay here again!Thank you Lacey & Derek!

The perfect place to stay while in Nashville!! Beautiful property and amazing owners. Look forward to staying at one of their homes again soon. A perfect location to everything we could have asked for, the guitar pool was a fun bonus! Buyer Beware

Who are we: We have been on both sides of vacation rentals over the last 13 years as hosts with the highest rating possible on another site. Nothing like this, ever!The positive: The apartment was clean and well designed. the location superb.The negative: As we exited the elevator on the 6th floor we were met with a noxious odor - my son gagged. We went into the unit and while the odor was less prominent it was still there and awful. only two windows and one broken so we couldn't air it out. the awful - I reached out to the host to let them know what was happening. We did not hear back for about an hour and during that time left for a hotel. It was not possible to stay in the stench.The host responded overnight saying they went there and there is no odor.I reached out again in the morning asking to meet at the property before 11 am or after 2 pm - I had to work during the middle hours. The host responded saying they had already been there and there is no issue. Later they offered to meet at 12 noon and only at 12 noon.I reached out to VRBO and they organized a call with the host. During the call the host called me a liar, called me a child and would not agree to meeting me there at any time except noon. When the VRBO agent suggested that there may have been an odor and to meet with us there the host argued with them as well and said "my property is perfect".The host kept our full payment, did not attempt to relist the unit or offer anything.

Marathon weekend

The rental is clean, comfortable, and located in a perfect area of Nashville! We could easily walk, use the electric scooters, or use ride share to the downtown bars, restaurants, and attractions. The rental had all of the necessary amenities to prepare meals. We will definitely rent again.

This condo was fabulous!! Super comfortable beds, incredibly clean, sooo cozy. Trendy decor. The only thing we didnt realize was that the initial code we recd went to the back entrance... so we thought we were locked out for a while. Thankful for gracious neighbors who eventually let us in.

perfect weekend getaway

The condo was the perfect stay for a short weekend get-away. There was plenty of space (2 adults and 3 older teen/ young adults) and the condo was well equipped with anything one could have needed. It was about a 20 minute walk to broadway bars. The condo was very clean and the check-in/ check out process was simple. The owners were very responsive.

4 of us came in for Vikings/Titans game. This property was perfect for our small group. Its in walking distance or short uber ride to Broadway and stadium. Beds were comfortable and place was really clean. We were able to check in early host made the proces super easy. Plenty of places nearby to eat and drink. Thought the area was nice and safe.

Great location

Great safe neighborhood- walking distance to the gulch, broadway, pedal tavern. Clean place with comfy beds, great water pressure in shower. Pool was filthy but it is towards the end of the seaaon. We would stay here again!
