Our location is unbeatable - you're just minutes away from some of the most exciting areas in Nashville, including Downtown Nashville and Lower Broadway. Walk to local cafes, dining, state museums, and shopping, and then Lyft or Uber to the Honky-Tonks, museums, live music and more on Lower Broadway! Our home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, allowing you to relax and enjoy all that Nashville has to offer.

The open floor plan is perfect for groups of up to 10 guests! The main floor is spacious and wide open, with plenty of room for socializing and entertaining. Walk into a warm and inviting living room, with a cozy fireplace, flat screen smart TV, and a surround sound stereo system. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout and contemporary design add a touch of elegance to your stay.

The main living room flows right into the spacious kitchen and dining room, which features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a walk-in pantry. The spacious dining area seats 6 or more comfortably, and the granite countertop island seats another 3 guests. The back door opens to a small fenced-in back yard, perfect for enjoying the beautiful Tennessee weather.

The third floor living lounge area is HUGE, with even more comfortable seating, another SMART flat screen TV, and other amenities. Step outside onto the fully furnished outdoor living area, which easily holds 10 people! Enjoy breathtaking views of downtown Nashville, including the Tennessee Titans Stadium!

Our home sleeps 10 guests comfortably, with a master bedroom featuring a king bed and on-suite full bath, as well as two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a shared full bathroom between the two bedroom. There is also on the third floor a den/bedroom with two queen size air mattress beds.

We're just a quick three-minute Uber ride away from many of Nashville's top attractions, including Riverfront Park, Lower Broadway & The Honky Tonks, 5th and Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, the Country Music Hall of Fame and The Music City Center (Convention Center) to name a few.
