Luxury Home in Gulch - 5 Mins to Broadway - Walk to popular bars + restaurants!

This is one of three properties we own and operate as a rental in this development, and it’s also our largest and brightest! Breathtaking rooftop views, cozy bedrooms, and plenty of plant life combine to create everything you’ll need to have a memorable stay in Nashville! Walk to The Gulch and 12 South or take a short scooter/Uber/Lyft to Downtown - you’ll be a stone’s throw away from everything Nashville has to offer.

Each space has been meticulously constructed. Our driving principle is designing spaces with the thought that a loved one or friend is staying with us. You’ll find every comfort of home throughout this property, whether you’re lounging on the rooftop patio or sliding into bed after a late evening.

Floor 1

On the first level, you’ll find the first bedroom with a queen bunk bed and pillows for every kind of sleeper - our favorites are the Coop pillows! The adjoining bathroom is stocked with all you’ll need for self-care during your stay - you’ll be pleased to discover this level of detail throughout our home.

Floor 2

Here you’ll discover the kitchen, living room, and second bedroom in a large open layout. The kitchen is fully equipped and readily available to you for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Pick any spice you need from the spice rack!

The living room is all about comfort - we drove a U-Haul up to Louisville just to get the couch! If your group can’t find enough room to sleep on the beds, this couch makes a fantastic alternative! The large flat screen TV and Apple TV are available to our guests - great setup for gameday!

Floor 3

Here you’ll find two bedrooms. The first bedroom houses two double beds with premium pillow sets. There’s also an adjoining full bath.

The second bedroom on this floor holds a king bed with a premium pillow set. You’ll also find a nice seating area along with some beautiful greenery in this room and the adjoining bathroom. The bathroom is huge! The pictures don’t do it justice.

Floor 4

The rooftop porch! With seating for 12, the rooftop is not to be missed. Settle in for some cocktails and enjoy the beautiful orange and purple hues as the sun sets before a big night out!
