Worst travel experience I’ve had in my life. I asked a very specific question about the property prior to booking and was lied to by the property management. When I arrived, since the unit was falsely advertised I had to find an alternative place to stay. The ensuing fiasco with the management regarding vacating the property and receiving a refund was the most epic failure of customer service and good judgment imaginable.Weeks later I got a supervisor on the phone from VRBO, they reviewed my claim about the false advertisement and subsequent service disaster, all of which was in the VRBO text chain. After about 2 minutes of review, they apologized profusely, said they had never seen a situation so ridiculous, and immediately refunded me the entire amount. Then apologized some more.The unit itself is average at best. The furnishings are tired. Bed was a D-. It’s on an alley filled with garbage cans. And it sits on top of the owners garage so every time they go in and out, the garage door opening and closing sounds like its in your living room. There is construction around the property. And the wifi is broadcast from the owners house next door so it barely worked at times but mostly didn’t work at all.I am probably being about 10% overly harsh about the property itself due to the lying and disastrous service, but trust me, you can do better in this area.
