Nashville Stay

I wish I could give more than five stars!

Got to stay at this peaceful, beautifully appointed, great location spot for 4 days. Rob was such a great communicator leading up to the trip and the pictures were so accurate that I knew exactly what to expect. I was on a high stress work trip and it was really nice to come home to such a peaceful environment, good coffee, comfortable bed, nice sheets, fluffy towels , accessible kitchen and Music City decor. Can't wait to come back! music city. d

Perfect

Just what we needed for my visit to granddaughter at Belmont. Very well-thought out layout and furnishings. My daughter joined me for a couple of nights and she had to work on zoom part of the time - the wall across from the granite top look professional. The owner was gracious and helpful.

Our 1st VRBO experience

This was our 1st time using any kind of STR property and we were so pleased. The property was better than the photos! Everything was very clean and looked brand new. Lots of little extras like toiletries and basics in the fridge. The softest towels I have ever used! The host Rob was very helpful with area restaurants and things to do. The 22 south area is safe, walkable and filled with cute shops and places to eat .Wi-Fi was also excellent. We will be sure to return to this property to visit our son, it felt like home away from home !

Ideal!!!

Ideal location, within easy walking distance of Belmont and the shops and restaurants on 12S. The hosts were responsive to questions and in the unit, they have thought of everything! From the layout to the restaurant recommendations, this space has everything you need for a comfortable stay in 12S.

Fantastic!!

Fantastic place in fantastic neighborhood with fantastic hosts. Very clean and nicely appointed. We had some complications arise with our reservation and the owner was super understanding and flexible. Will definitely book again.

Excellent location in 12 South neighborhood

Walked 2 blocks and you’re in the heart of this trendy, safe, popular neighborhood! An array of restaurants in the area. Property would be just the right size for 2 people. Owner had Frothy Monkey coffee for us to use. Bed was comfy, shower had great pressure and hot. Would recommend & stay again!

Perfect 12 South location

We had a fantastic stay in this 12 South rental. Beautifully remodeled and modern it was just a short walk to the stores and restaurants of 12 South, very near Belmont University, and just a bit of a walk to Vanderbilt. The unit is not large, but it is plenty for two and it is new, clean and comfortably appointed. We appreciated the host, Rob, who was very nice. A final thought, it turns out that having a dedicated parking spot, in that neighborhood, is a real benefit!

Perfect place to stay!

We stayed for a week while we moved our daughters into Belmont for the school year. This was the perfect place for us! We could easily walk to Belmont and all the great restaurants at 12 South. The property is perfectly maintained and we enjoyed meeting our host. I hope we can stay again, but it's such a great place, it is often booked!

Great apt in best location

Stayed here for 2 nights with our family of 4. The apt is so cute and clean. Perfect for our family. We even hung out in the outdoor area one afternoon and played board games. Perfect location and Rob is a great host!

Wonderful Stay!

This is a second stay for me and a first for my husband. I make frequent trips to Nashville and live the 12 South area. This is my go-to property; we’ll be back! Love the little outdoor space along with all of the comforts of home. Excellent hosts!

Fabulous stay in 12 South

Amazing place and less than 10 minutes to fabulous local bars and restaurants. Very cozy and the bed is super comfy. The outdoor seating area is quiet and a great place to enjoy some wine or coffee. Looking forward to another visit!!
