Welcome to this modern 3-bedroom home in Nashville! We are within walking distance to the Gulch/ 12th South. It features a fully stocked kitchen, a spacious living room with a fireplace, and a rooftop patio. Enjoy quick access to downtown, Broadway, and other attractions via Uber/ Lyft or car. The home sleeps up to 11 guests in comfortable beds. :)

1st floor: Downstairs living room/ kitchen
2nd floor: Master bedroom with king bed, rollaway bed, and large private bathroom with shower
3rd floor: Secondary bedroom - two bunks (twin over queen, sleeps 6 total) with Jack and Jill full bathroom.
3rd floor: Third bedroom with queen bed and Jack and Jill shared bathroom
4th floor: DREAMY Rooftop!
Amenities include high-speed internet, linens, towels, private parking, a washer and dryer, coffee for your first morning, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

We will send you an access code on the day of arrival. While we can`t accommodate early check-ins & check-outs, we allow guests to drop their bags after noon on the day of check-in. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $75 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
