It’s was such a cute and wonderful place! The owner was super accommodating and was happy to help in any way. It’s minutes away from the Grand Ole Opry and 15 minutes from downtown! Would stay here again and again❣️

Music City's Best
My girl of 40 some years and I spent five beautiful days in the coziest, cleanest, and most convenient place in Nashville. We celebrated our 40th by visiting Music City with day trips from Tammy Langerak's well-kept Studio and then later from her even more spacious apartment at the same location. Tammy has both offerings simply decorated in a music city style. The facilities are well stocked, with every amenity a person or couple could want. More importantly, Tammy was there with a smile to offer advice, answer questions, or address any needs we might have. Tammy is an artist singer /writer and plays a mean harmonica. Which gives her an inside line on the best places to go for quality entertainment and food. Mary and I bought one of her albums while we were there and are glad we did. We rented the Studio for the first night. It is a sweet little space perfect for a single man or woman who wants to be close the Nashville scene without emptying the bank account or having to deal with the hubbub of other guest stepping on your toes. It is well decorated, simply, and appropriately for a single man or woman or a couple. It is also a perfect spot for honeymooners or a couple like us, celebrating our anniversary. After one day in the studio, Tammy allowed us to upgrade to the apartment, so we could have a little more room to move around. I am a little overweight and needed more space to do my dance moves. The apartment has a great living room kitchen, a separate bedroom, and larger bath. A wonderful place for a couple or small family. The location is perfect. Located less than 10 minutes from Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Resort, Grand Ole Opry, the Opryland Mills Mall, two beautiful golf courses, and it is 15 minutes max to the Nashville Airport. The location is less than 15 minutes from downtown Music City happenings. Mary and I visited the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Johnny Cash Museum, The Wild Horse Saloon, the Ryman, Gaylord Entertainment, Nashville Convention Center, and we even got to take some photos at the Bluebird Cafe across from the Green Hills mall. Fantastic! Tammy gave us directions to local eateries and stores to shop for breakfast supplies. All in all, it was a great getaway. Thanks to a great place with a great landlady. Thanks to your honest feedback while you were here, I was able to see where to make some improvements. So you see, while you thought that I was helping you, you were also helping me! It’s another example of how things go better when one does the right thing. And upgrading you was the right thing to do. You dancing for Mary was probably silly but the right thing I bet.

Couldn't have asked for more!
This is a wonderful property and gets my highest recommendation. It's perfect for a business trip or romantic getaway and has everything you need for a lovely trip. The private and quiet location is excellent, close to the Opry and airport and less than two minutes from a major highway which allows easy access to the rest of Nashville. The owner is attentive, communicative, and has already thought of all the details. She said in one of her emails that she was just "a taxpaying small business" and I can tell you that she takes that responsibility and honor VERY seriously. My only complaints about the trip were the awful traffic and the freezing temperatures. She obviously couldn't do anything about the traffic but she had provided me with an app to control the thermostat so I could make sure the room waiting for me was nice and warm when I got back at the end of the day. I wouldn't hesitate to book again !

Great location, super clean, stocked with all the essentials!!
We booked this for our long weekend trip to Nashville. We didn’t want to stay downtown but still wanted to be close to it as well as the Opryland Hotel and mall. The location is convenient to both downtown and Opryland. This studio is by far one of the nicest places we’ve rented through VRBO. It is stocked with everything you could need during your stay. Tammy is very accommodating and available if there’s anything you need. We even had a few snacks waiting for us when we checked in. The decor is so cozy and everything was spotless. This is a great find for anyone looking to avoid staying in a hotel, and is more affordable than the majority of the hotels in the area. Book it today, you will not be disappointed!! Thank you Tammy! We hope to visit again soon! :)

Great, Quiet getaway
This rental is in a great residential location for the Opry. It is a short 15 minute uncongested ride to downtown. The owner is very helpful if you just ask. The place works just fine for two and is very clean. The bed is of good quality, also. My wife and I had a great time and will refer to others. Thanks

Perfect for my husband and I!
My husband and I loved our stay here. It was perfect for just the two of us! The studio was very clean upon arrival. Everything we needed was provided! It had a ton of closest space with hangers provided. My husband loved how comfy the loveseat and recliner was, he told me he wanted to buy them lol! Also, we loved the music themed decorations. Tammy was super helpful if you needed her. She even texted and checked on us after our first night stay to make sure everything was okay. Opryland was super close! It is amazing how close you are actually! The drive to downtown is not bad from the location either. You just have to pay for parking. My husband has already said, "We will stay here again when we come back!"

Great Location!

Beautiful studio and wonderful owner
I just stayed in the studio apartment for 5 nights and it was beautiful. It has everything you need and it is so clean. I usually bring my own bedding when I sleep at different places but this place was so clean it was unnecessary. But the apartment is stocked with towels, plates, hair dryer, even make up remover. Tammy - the owner got in touch with me before the trip to ask my ETA and she continued to keep in touch by asking if I needed groceries and recommending good near by restaurants. The apartment is about 15 mins away from downtown Nashville so it allows you to have some peace and quiet. I would absolutley stay in this apartment again!!

Wonderful accommodations, attentive owner, and great location!
My wife and stayed for an anniversary trip. The studio was very nice and private. It's in a great location. Very nice neighborhood very close to Opryland area. Private off street parking right next to the door. Uber ride to downtown was only $15 on a Saturday night. Tammy was very attentive to us and damage deposit was quickly refunded. Would definitely recommend!

Peaceful Cozy efficiency in Music Valley
The 2 reasons why I decided to book this place were Tammy's fast response to questions and the quiet residential area where my husband can run in the mornings. Beware though there are no grocery stores nearby. Although we could have cooked, we didn't. Fortunately we packed breakfast food. Driving into downtown was not a problem. The library parking garage gives you one and half hour free parking if you validate at library front desk. Otherwise look up parking lot rates ahead of time. There are many lots but all very expensive as in $5 for 30 minutes.

Thank you! The grocery stores are 10 minutes at most, but at least it's a straight drive and now we have Publix!

Great place to stay!!!
Lovely place to stay. A little home away from home. The neighborhood was great - no loud traffic - and very friendly!!! We loved being close to the bikeway and using our bikes to see Nashville. The owner also made sure we had everything we might need including a bike lock for our bikes. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I were going to Nashville for the first time and prefer not staying in a busy, expensive hotel. The Music Valley Studio was a great find and perfect for the two of us. We wanted to rent a place at least near one of the Nashville attractions and not too far from the airport for an early morning departure. Grand Old Opry was less than 10 minutes away and airport about 15 minutes without traffic. Studio was private and comfortable in a peaceful neighborhood. Easy access to major highways. Tammy, the Owner, was extremely accommodating and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

A perfect little apartment in a great location!
This studio apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was very clean, with a comfy bed and great closet space. Tammy was wonderful and very helpful. The location was great...away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but close to many of the attractions we came to Nashville to see. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Place to Stay!
My husband and I really loved staying here. The location was quiet and parking off the street. The studio was clean decorated nicely and super cozy!! It was close to the Opry Mills/Opryland which was great for us. The host was very helpful with suggested places to go to while we were in Nashville. I highly recommend!!

Loved it!
The room was very charming and cleverly decorated for the "music themed" Nashville area. It was a good size for 2 people. Very clean and surprisingly stocked with a few snacks to hold you over. There is a small, well stocked kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster/convection oven, coffee pot and hot plate. Toiletries, hairdryer and bathrobe also were available for use. The room was about 3 miles from Opry Mills shopping mall, Opryland Hotel and Music Valley drive . It was also very easy to get to downtown Nashville via back roads from this location. Tammy, the owner, was very easy to work with and provided us with a lot of information on restaurants and things to do and see in the Nashville area. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area

Oh I really appreciate all the information you shared and the compliments! It is good to know the easy backroad to downtown, glad you found it. The Opry is actually 1.5 miles yet in today's new Nashville traffic it can seem like twice as long. I'd love to see you folks back, it's much better weather in Fall or Spring. Tammy

Awesome studio and location
I would recommend this studio to anyone. I was in Nashville for my son's baseball tournament. Great location in peaceful, quiet neighborhood. I had great access to the freeway to get me all over the Nashville area. I took Uber downtown (15 minute trip) - which I highly recommend to avoid high parking fees and traffic. The studio was so quiet. Didn't hear anyone else. Very comfortable and cute! This was my first time doing VRBO and would recommend doing this versus staying at a hotel any time. Even used the washer/dryer - very convenient. Tammy made the stay seem like home away from home and was very willing to please and make my stay comfortable, but really didn't need anything. I traveled by myself (single woman) and felt very safe.

Wonderful apartment and great host!
My husband and I decided to stay at Tammy's studio apartment for 2 nights while in Nashville for some Vanderbilt appointments. Tammy was a great host, and the studio is really cute and nicely decorated! It is SUPER clean which is always a biggie for me. Tammy has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. She has all kinds of extras around the apartment like make up remover wipes, bottled water, and granola bars. We also appreciated the comfort of the bed. While the apartment isn't in the heart of Nashville, it wasn't hard to get to Vandy or any other place we visited. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place!
I have never been to Nashville, and thoroughly enjoyed the trip this past weekend. The studio is just perfect for a couple and Tammy has thought of everything that you will need, including hair dryer (which I brought), and many other necessities. She is accommodating and the place is so spotless. When you go, look next to the microwave at all of the information she has left about Nashville - unfortunately I didn't see it until we were leaving:) Thanks for a wonderful place to stay in a fun city!! I ran the Rock & Roll half marathon!!

Nice Clean Accommodations in Excellent Location
We just left this cute studio in Music Valley. My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. There is a private entrance so you can come and go as you please. Location is very safe and quiet in residential neighborhood that is literally just minutes to the Grand Ole Opry, and many other attractions. We ate at the Nashville Palace and enjoyed live music, and the Opryland Grill (who also has live music at certain times and singing waiters) does play videos of performances at the Grand Ole Opry, both current day and former days. It was awesome to see one of the suits that Porter Wagner wore on his show displayed there, along with Dottie Rambo's and Dolly Parton's cowboy boots!!!. We highly recommend this nice, clean studio! The musical décor was an added bonus! :) We will stay here again on our next trip to Nashville.

Oh if I knew you were a Porter Wagner fan, I would have pointed out that his Estate is just 3 doors down the street. Yes, you drove past his house several times! Even tho he has passed on, his cars and all are still there.

Great Studio Close to Opreyland
This studio apartment was a perfect fit for our stay. We spent four nights in Nashville. It was very clean and comfortable, with a nice private garden area as well. The kitchenette was well appointed and made for some of the conveniences of home. The hostess Tammy was great to work with and very accommodating. This is a perfect location for vacation or business if you are looking to stay off the beaten path a bit and enjoy the warmth of Nashville.

Clean, local, studio
This studio was clean and well kept. It had all the essentials needed for the weekend stay. It is a small studio with a small bathroom, about the size of a master suite but perfect for a weekend stay because who plans on staying indoors anyhow? The owner was very attentive and accommodating. She even offered us the place into the evening of check out if we needed some extra time. I would definitely consider staying again.

Perfect Music Valley Location
Enjoyed our stay at Tammys cute little studio. It is perfectly located within blocks of all Music Valley attractions. Easy access to the interstates and a very easy drive to downtown. Very accommodating for one couple. Clean and nicely decorated.

Nashville Trip
Everything was as it was listed. The location was great and the room was nice and clean. We took a cab to the mall for around $6 or $10 with a tip. He had a great time and would recommend staying here to anyone. We will definitely be back. Thanks Tammy
