Upon arriving to the property we found it to be two separate smaller units vs one larger house. One unit we were able to acess, the other unit had mechanical locks with missing keys and we were not able to acess at 10pm when we arrived. After 45 min on the phone and sending messages we were finally told of a hidden key and able to acess the 2nd unit. The 1st unit had bodily fluid stains on sheets, couches and pillows. The 2nd unit was not even cleaned between tenants. The beds were not made, the soap dispensers were filled with water, there were zyn pouches around the house, the trash was full, bedrrom doors do not latch close and over all filth in both units. The host responds, but the response doesnt mean a resolution. Some of us stayed in a hotel the 1 night and 2nd night until the house was habitable. The hosts solution was a 210 dollar refund. VRBO solution, file a credit card charge back. My experience with this home and VRBO has turned me off from attempting to rent again and in the future will use hotels. Wish i could share the photos here in the review.
