There is plenty of street parking for any guests + a private garage for 2 compact cars.

Guests should be a minimum of 23 years in age or accompanied by a parental guardian, and are kindly asked not to reside within a 50-mile radius of Nashville.

Just a heads-up! A train passes about 100 yards from the house, so you may hear it from time to time. Also, like much of Nashville, we occasionally get friendly ladybugs—keeping doors and windows closed when possible helps keep them outside where they belong. Let us know if you need anything during your stay!
