Early check-ins are not guaranteed. Because of our housekeeping's tight schedule, we have to charge $30 for early check-in IF it's possible.
Checkout between 11 am - 12 is $30. Any later than 12pm, you will automatically be charged for the next night’s stay at the listing’s full price.
If you damage the unit, disrespect the property, or violate the rules and will be fined $300. Excessive trash will be fined $100 for cleaning expense.

Not Clean

The property hard surfaces were clean. However, the bedding was not. There was hair and stains on the sheets. It is possible the sheets were washed and they're old stains but it's still gross. There were only 2 sets of extra sheets. Those looked clean. The owners asked if they could stop by one if the days we were there. We gave them permission to do so. When we notified them the sheets were not clean and requested them to bring clean sheets they refused even though they were going to be stopping by. They said they checked with their cleaning service and the sheets were clean plus they didn't have any extras. The bath towels were also stained but there were enough of those to feel like there were clean ones to use. The keurig also had mold in it. The decor was fine but it was gross accommodations. It was our construction team guys staying here for a conference so we're not psycho high end women feeling this way. Stay somewhere else

Great location

This place could be amazing! Very nice townhouses. Great location. BUT The place was not clean. Hair in the bathrooms, stained dirty sheets, mold in showers, walls were marked up and dirty, fans and vents dusty. This place has potential but it needs a deep cleaning. There wasn't much of a homey feeling. Nothing extra. Only hand soap in bathrooms, one extra kitchen trash bag, beds that need repaired, wall towel holders falling off the walls. This place needs more attention and some love. It has so much potential!

Alright stay. Just bring air mattresses and cleaning supplies

Overall the property wasn’t terrible. It’s not the cleanest though. Spills all down the walls, refrigerator dirty, showers dirty, hair shavings in the sink and the floors turned all of our socks black. I understand that it’s a huge place but we pay a hefty cleaning fee so the expectation is set that they pay someone to clean it and that clearly wasn’t the case. No extra trashbags in there either. We were a family of 10 and used the first trash bag the first day so we had to purchase more. The room that has the two double beds in it is a mess. The legs of the bed and the metal bars keeping the bed together were so loose we had to use air mattresses in that room the whole weekend.

Convenient Location to Downtown

Perfect space for our group ! The main floor was open and was great for our group to gather before we headed to Broadway. We like the convenience to the highway and quick access to downtown. Host was very responsive and space was very clean!
