The Space:
Big, Newly designed, trendy, luxury, 3 story Nashville home located right in the center of all the hot spots in NASHVILLE and ideal for large groups, couples, families, or bachelor/bachelorette trips.

Large open living room, kitchen, and dining. This gorgeous home is brand new construction and newly furnished by local designer and is professionally decorated with every detail in mind!

The location is walking distance to some of the best spots in Nashville and only a short 2-3 minute Uber ride to Broadway. Super close to the Ryman, Music City Music Works, Top-Golf, The Gulch, Germantown, East Nashville, 12th South and a short Uber/Lyft ride to just about anywhere in Nashville.

The rooftop deck boasts amazing panoramic views of the DOWNTOWN NASHVILLE SKYLINE. The rooftop deck has a 50" TV allowing you and your guests to watch a game on TV while taking in the beautiful Nashville skyline.

SELFIE WALL! - Take as many Nashville selfie's as you like, rain or shine, with your own selfie wall and studio light! Inside the two car garage you will find a large 6ft by 4ft selfie wall. Open the garage door and let the natural light in or use our studio light or LED lighting

Includes all cookware, silverware, dishes, and serving pieces for you to host an intimate dinner or have a cocktail before going out to explore Nashville!

* Kitchen is opens to dining and living room. Dining area includes large dining table and chairs

We are very close to Downtown Nashville, Broadway, The Ryman, Bridgestone Arena, The Gulch, Vanderbilt University, Belmont University, East Nashville, Demonbreun St., Division St., Nissan Stadium, Music Row, the Music City Center, Frist Museum, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and Top Golf.
