Traveling doesn't mean having to eat out for every meal. We supply all of the kitchen necessities so you are able to cook or reheat leftovers easily! We have everything from pots and pans, and a Keurig coffee maker, to wine glasses and corkscrews!

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.



To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

The proximity to Downtown was excellent. My son especially loved the hot tub. It was pur first time in a rental vs a hotel. Will definitely do it again.

Early communication was great but once we arrived, basic request were not responded to for days. Property had lots of broken items that were a sign that the place needs to be better managed. The location was great and the hot tub was amazing.

Dirty House

This is not a Lux House. Dirty linen, beer cans, men shorts under the bed, beer box under the bed, vape pipe under the bed, broken bar stool that my husband sat on and fell. We were told the cleaners had their hands full.REALLY. This is what we paid for.

Fun Stay in Nashville

We had an absolute blast here! The townhouse was very spacious and had everything we needed for our week-long stay. The neighborhood was quiet and just a short Uber ride from anywhere we wanted to go. With all the amenities the host offers, we had as much fun back at the house as we did out in the town. I’d highly recommend this stay.
