Thank you for staying with us. Below is a list of our house rules. Please reply with your name acknowledging you have received and agreed to them
1. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the home. Any smoke smells left behind including weed will be charged an additional $300 fee.
2. Vomit left anywhere in the unit will result in an additoanl $200 cleaning fee
3. Any substances left behind in the hot tub including food, beer cans, throw up, glitter, lotions, self tanners, bubbles, soaps, etc will result in additional fee of $125
4. Decorations allowed ONLY by professionals or painters tape. Any tapes or glues put on the walls that remove paint and damage drywall will be charge based on damages to the guest. We ask that you please do not use glitter inside the unit
5. Early check ins or late check outs must be arranged in advance. We will NOT allow any same day early check ins/late check outs
