The Space:

Welcome to your Old Hickory retreat, a bright, inviting townhome with room to gather, unwind and enjoy the Nashville area at your own pace. With approximately 1,640 square feet, three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates up to six guests.



ARRIVAL & FIRST IMPRESSIONS



Pull into the driveway and follow the walkway to the covered front entrance. Stone and brick details give the home a welcoming exterior, while inside, light wood-look flooring, neutral colors and natural light create an airy feel.



A built-in bench with coat hooks and cubbies offers a convenient spot to set down bags and settle in.



LIVING ROOM



Continue into the main living area, where a gray sofa and two accent chairs surround a coffee table. Large windows brighten the room, and a ceiling fan adds comfort.



Stretch out after a day at the lake, enjoy a movie on the living-room TV or gather to plan tomorrow’s Nashville adventures. The kitchen sits alongside the lounge, making it easy to chat while preparing meals.



KITCHEN & BREAKFAST BAR



The kitchen features light cabinetry, stone countertops, a white tile backsplash and stainless-steel appliances. A refrigerator and freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher make meals at home convenient.



A coffee maker, hot-water kettle and toaster help you ease into the morning. Pull up one of the two stools at the breakfast bar for a quick bite or keep the cook company while dinner comes together.



SEPARATE DINING AREA



For shared meals, gather around the white dining table with bench seating. Large windows, framed artwork and an overhead light fixture give this separate space a bright, relaxed atmosphere.



THREE PRIVATE BEDROOMS



When it is time to recharge, choose from three bedrooms:

The laundry area includes a full-size washer and dryer, with laundry detergent, an iron and an ironing board available.

REAR PATIO



Glass-paneled doors lead outside to a concrete patio beside a grassy area and trees. Step out for some fresh air between outings or enjoy a quiet moment before heading back inside.



The outdoor area is not fully enclosed.

Enjoy the convenience of an attached garage, plus complimentary driveway parking for up to two small cars.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to Unit 23, including all three bedrooms, the living and dining areas, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry facilities, rear patio and attached garage..



Self check-in is available using the keypad. Detailed check-in instructions, including your entry code, arrival directions and parking guidance, will be sent within the 24 hours before your scheduled check-in.



Complimentary driveway parking accommodates up to two small cars.

Enjoy a Nashville-area stay in Old Hickory, with lake outings, local discoveries and Music City entertainment to build your trip around.



Spend a day exploring Old Hickory Lake or arrange a boat rental through a local marina. Blue Turtle Bay Marina offers pontoon rentals for guests who want to get out on the water. Rentals are arranged separately and are subject to availability.



Explore nearby Historic Old Hickory Village for a glimpse of the area’s character, then plan an outing to the Grand Ole Opry, shopping at Opry Mills or an evening of live music on Broadway.



This location suits guests who want a residential home base and plan to drive between the lake, local attractions and Downtown Nashville.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring Old Hickory and the wider Nashville area.



The driveway accommodates two small cars at no additional charge. Street parking may also be available, subject to posted restrictions and availability.



Plan to drive or arrange transportation for visits to Downtown Nashville, Broadway, the Grand Ole Opry, Opry Mills and Nashville International Airport.



Travel times vary with traffic, especially during rush hour and major events. Check your route before heading out and allow extra time for airport trips.



Other Things to Note:

• Maximum occupancy is six guests.



• The townhome has interior stairs between levels.



• Pet stays are permitted with a $125 fee per pet.



• The outdoor area is not fully fenced.



• A coffee maker is provided.



• Early check-in and luggage drop-off may be available at no extra charge, depending on availability that day. Please contact us on your arrival date to check.



• Guests do not have access to the mailbox. Please coordinate any delivery needs with our team in advance.



Trash is picked up every Friday morning. Please roll out the dumpster Thursday night and return it Friday after pickup.
