🌳 Pecan Belle is your stylish 1950s East Nashville retreat—safe, family-friendly, and plenty of space to relax, explore, and play. With curated vintage decor, an expansive backyard with small creek and fire pit, and thoughtful touches for all ages, it’s the perfect base to experience all that Nashville has to offer. Just 10–15 minutes from Broadway/Downtown and moments from Riverside Village’s beloved dining and drink scene.

You’ll have exclusive use of the main house and backyard. The basement apartment has a separate entrance and is occupied by a long-term tenant. The laundry area in the garage is a shared space.


⚠️ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE ⚠️
• Must sign rental agreement & provide ID within 48 hours of booking, or immediately if arrival is within 48 hours.
• The front door is a short (100 ft) uphill walk from the parking area. Guests must park in designated area or on the street to allow garage access to basement tenant.
• Exterior cameras at front door and back of house for your safety and security; no interior cameras.

Beautifully appointed home in a super cool neighborhood. We can't wait to return for our next Nashville trip! Highly recommend walking up to Ladybird Taco for killer breakfast tacos in the morning.

Pecan Bell was more than we even hoped for. It is everything you see in the pictures and more. It is definitely quite and charming. The decor is amazing in the home is spotless! The next time my family of 6 goes to Nashville, we will definitely reach out to our host and book Pecan Belle. Speaking Of our host Laura, she went above and beyond. You can't go wrong with this property! The photo below is of my family at the fire pit roasting marshmallow

Perfect place for family vacation!

Pecan Belle was perfect for my family's Thanksgiving stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a holiday meal, and having Kroger nearby for groceries and firewood was handy. The cozy living room was great for coffee and board games, and the house’s vintage style added a unique character. The big backyard with tall trees and a firepit was great for relaxing one afternoon. The location was great. We took nice walks in the historic neighborhood, tried some of the nearby restaurants, and it was just a quick 15 minute drive to downtown. Thank you, Laura, for sharing your lovely home!

We (2 adults) were so impressed with the online listing and even more blown away by the actual property. Quiet, private neighborhood; cute cafe/breakfast spot close enough to walk to (.5 miles). Laura thought of every detail, every need, was a responsive and clear with communication. Exceeded expectations. We hope to be back!
