  • Welcome to Nashville! This newly remodeled, chic riverfront condo is in the perfect location! It sleeps 4, with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy the fully stocked designer kitchen and have coffee, dinner or drinks on the balcony with river views. Free parking is included, and you'll have access to a pool, workout facility, laundry, fire pit, and grills. Conveniently located < 1 mile from Broadway and Titans Stadium, and a short walk to Sounds Stadium, breweries, restaurants, and parks.

    Guests have access to the entire condo, the pool, fitness center, laundry center, fire pit, and outdoor grilling and dining area.
    Must be 21 to book!

The location is great, close to all the action, and the unit is nicely appointed and clean. Charming and safe riverfront location with a few good places for dining located by the nearby stadium. The host is great with communications, too. Will definitely stay here again!

Kellie was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. The location was perfect - within walking distance to so much that the city has to offer, yet in a relaxing spot along the river. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay and we are looking forward to a return trip later this year! Kellie is a wonderful host and responds quickly to emails. Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do during our trip.

Was very pleased with the location, and the covered parking. Convenient, and was able to walk to the Nissan Stadium, and Broadway, also to local restaurants. The condo was very clean, but the balcony was a little dirty. There was plenty of room and the furnishings were really nice. The bedding and extra bedding was super soft! Would go back and stay in a heartbeat!

The place is cute. The view of the river was great. We loved the wildlife that came by to visit. Conveniently located to downtown. The shower and kitchen were very clean. My only suggestion would be to clean up the outdoor deck area. There were several cobwebs on the railings and the chairs and table were not clean. We like to spend time on the deck, but it needs some attention. Overall, a nice place and great location. We would book again if visiting the area.

Great stay

This was perfect for 3 of us for a weekend in Nashville! Easy walk to Broadway and other options for food/drinks close by. Also great if in town for a Nashville Sounds game.

Stayed here for the Bruno Mars concert. The location was perfect… pretty much a straight shot from the condo to the Nissan Stadium. The condo was perfect, clean, super cute!!! Kellie was AMAZING… great communication and helpful with everything. She made everything easy and perfect for the trip. I 10000% recommend and will be back!!!

We were in town for an event but live within 30 mins of the area but wanted to make a weekend out of it. We enjoyed the location being able to walk to various locations for food and drink. Ubers were quick and cheap to downtown.

We have stayed many places over the years. This was among the top three of the cleanest and most comfortable. What you see in the listing is what you get when you walk through the door. Overall a nice place. Matches the description and pictures well. Only downsides were the walls are thin so it’s easy to hear everything going on outside, the construction zone across the street, and neighbors. Also wish there was filtered water available.
