Perfect place for visiting Broadway and Nissan Stadium. Very short and cheap Uber ride. We walked to Broadway a couple of times during the day but I recommend getting an Uber after walking all day on Broadway. It is close to all in downtown area. Very clean and just as described.

Wonderful, cozy cottage !

My husband and I stayed at this amazing VRBO, located conveniently in Nashville. From the moment we entered the property we were charmed... it was truly clean, well-appointed with comfortable bed and furniture, and just the right size for the two of us. All of our needs were met, and we recommend it highly !

Nice and comfortable

Good location, clean, comfy. There were 3 of us which was a bit of a squeeze but we made it work. We wish we'd brought more blankets and pillows but we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Apartment for a Nashville Trip

Myself, my 22 year old daughter, and her best friend stayed for 4 nights. The apartment is clean, stocked with appropriate lines, and the perfect size for 3 people. It was only an average of 7 to take a short ride using LYFT to Broadway. Walking distance to Nashville Farmers Market which was nice to check out one morning. The neighborhood and location felt very safe.The host responds quickly to any questions. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Nash!!

Great weekend getaway

This super cute and cozy property was perfect for our long weekend getaway to Nashville. It was very clean, quiet, well cared for, and had everything we needed to feel at home. We bought some groceries to make a couple meals so we didn’t have to eat out every single meal. Only recommendation for improvement would be to have a toaster-oven available due to the lack of oven. Not sure why that’s missing?Would be nice to have option to bake a pizza or some cookies but we made due without it, no problem. The property is a short uber ride downtown ranging anywhere from 7-14 depending on time of day, day of the week, and traffic. Downtown (to broadway) is not really walkable from here unless you’re willing to walk for about 45 mins with several hills up and down along the route. There is a driveway to park your car if you wish to rent your own car. The owner was very responsive and kind. We would definitely stay here again.

Emplacement très bien

Confortable et très propre. Le seul inconvénient c’est la table de cuisine et les chaises, il n’y en a pas! Le système inventé de tablette dans les tiroirs pour déposer les assiettes et manger (2 personnes) pas la meilleure idée.

Great stay and service

Unit is just as described. Close to everything downtown. Quick Uber ride once you figure out a good pickup location due to the ally entrance. Our only complaint was the double bed, small for us and not our preferred mattress. Couch opens up, which we took advantage of. Everything was as expected. We did have a water leak under the sink which the owner took care of immediately, and while there restocked the coffee pods, tp, towels etc. while he was at it. Also had a request to leave our car parked a few hours after checkout while we were at the Titans game. Since there were no incoming new tenants that needed the spot he allowed it. Great service. Would definitely look at staying there again.

Very nice!

Very nice, spacious, and clean! No stove but we did not miss it and there was a hot plate for those that want to cook. Nice quiet neighborhood. It is only 1.1 miles to Broadway so we walked there and then got an Uber back.

Great

It went great! Easy door code for entry, there was one night the rain made it glitch, but host answered our calls and gave us new code despite the late hour. It was a life saver! This was the perfect little spot for a weekend in nashville for a small group!

Great Stay close to downtown

This was an excellent place to stay within a mile or so of downtown. We would have walked if it was summer, but uber was quick and worth it to get downtown. Bed was super comfy and neighborhood very quiet away from the hustle

Great location

First time visiting Nashville, we were a 10 min Uber/ Lyft ride away, Theo was responsive, place was very clean and modern, comfortable beds and a lovely shower! Very appreciative of the water bottles and snacks that were left ! Highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Nashville!

Great Visit to Nashville

Great cottage and place to stay when visiting Nashville. About 1.3 mile walk to Broadway. Very nice welcome with bottled water, coffee K-cups and chips. Alley for parking is rather narrow so if you drive a full size pick-up or SUV you may want to park on street versus driveway. Would stay again!

Girls weekend

Had a great time! Close to downtown Nashville, able to scooter or Uber easily. Parking in back for our car. It was very clean. Easy check in. Great space for my friend and I to enjoy the weekend in Nashville. Would definitely rent again.
